Description of Work: They repaired a hole in our ceiling caused by water damage. They did a great job - we are very satisfied with all aspects of the work they performed and their service philosophy.

Description of Work: His last job for us was to re seal and re paint our garage ceiling whic hade not been touched since 2001 when we moved in. eventhough there was a couple of unforseen little damage and it took much more time than forecasted, Shane did it right and charged only the estimate. Good Job!

Description of Work: Shane, the owner, sent his carpenter to my new house to hang kitchen cabinets. The gentleman was extremely accommodating and did a great job. We have already scheduled him to come back out and hang doors as well as scheduled another one of his handymen to come out for some tile work. Description of Work: I did not use them because we kept playing phone tag. When ever I would call I would get their answering system. I would leave a message. The reply wasn't timely so I got someone else. They sound nice, but it just didn't work out.

Description of Work: Eager Beaver never showed up, or called to say they were not coming. When I called them, they said I was too far away and they don't service my area, yet in the ad they say they cover Union County. I gave them my address when I made the appointment, perhaps I should have sent them a map. I changed my schedule to be home for the installation of the TV mount. The individual on the phone was more concerned with his Angie's List review than me as a customer. I would not recommend Eager Beaver without sitting down with them and explaining how to use a map and determine the miles from there office to your home. I requested and received a full refund.

Description of Work: Eager Beaver was on time and performed all services as described. The services did take longer than expected, but we were satisfied with the results.

Description of Work: I had my backsplash area re drywalled and a new backsplash put in. The process stretched out much longer than anticipated by all parties but I am pleased so far with the overall result and I receive many compliments on the overall look.

Description of Work: He rescheduled several times and didn't show up last time. He removed my 2 TV stands from the wall and transported 45 minutes away and left them at my home stating he would schedule another appointment to do the install. I paid $99 to Angie's and $150 to "Eager Beaver". When my voice messages were not answered, I let him know that I was extremely dissatisfied with his customer service and felt that I had been grossly overcharged for the work that was performed. He responded very quickly and apologized and wanted to discuss a refund, but I felt his sincerity was already in question and did not respond back!
