Description of Work: Work done professionally . Chris did most of the work and he was very pleasant. There seemed to be a lot of added cost above the original estimate but they were able to get to my job quickly.

Description of Work: Shane and his crew installed custom built in shelves on either side of the fireplace. They arrived at 8 am on Friday morning and worked until about 6:30 pm. They were friendly, hard-working and cleaned up well after the work. Very pleased with results. Would use them again.

Description of Work: Shane came to look at the scope of work and had a clear idea of what we wanted done. The work consisted of building out a storage unit under a set of stairs and adding a door, building out storage in the attic and putting up shelving in the garage and in three closets. The work was done on schedule, the quality was excellent and within budget. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Shane arrived as scheduled to review the listof items we needed addresses from a home inspection. He was friendly & polite. Returned calls / emails promptly. HOWEVER, he would not honor his rates posted on Angie's List. We were in a time crunch so we agreed to his quote. Then, he said he needed 50% payment just to schedule the appt. That was unacceptable. We have never paid for services before they were rendered and the BBB recommends never paying in advance. When I explained this, his attitude changed quickly and he replied (via email so I have it in writing) - "Not every customer understands or appreciates the need for collecting 50% to set an appt and we are ok with that". | |I was able to find a licensed general contractor who is also a licensed home inspector to make the repairs for $350 - over half of the quote shane gave us. | |So between not honoring his posted Angie's List rates and demanding a hefty 50% deposit just to make an appt - we wouldn't do business with him. We felt that he was taking advantage of our time constraints and thus trying to over charge us. It felt very shady. | |We have always had great success using providers from Angie's List and have always left great reviews (that were well earned). Unfortunately, this time, the vendoe seemed very shady. So BEWARE ....

Description of Work: Shane and his crew, Caleb and Levin were fantastic! From the start when Shane came to review what I needed done to the day the crew was there it was an excellent experience. The crew arrived on time and prepared to work. They had the tools they needed and before doing a couple of things they made sure the placement of items were where I wanted them. No assuming on their part. The Eager Beaver Handyman will be my first call next time!

Description of Work: They replaced my kitchen faucet. Removed a TV dish from roof and did repair. Fixed closet door. Painted trim around newly installed windows and patio door.

Description of Work: The handyman took the time to do the job right. He took pride in his work. Great value.

Description of Work: We had a guest bathroom remodeled. They were on time and very polite. The work was very well done. The only thing I can say negative is that the worker hooked up the plumbing for the sink and not the plumber. It leaked and my husband was able to fix it. Other than that I would use them again.
