Description of Work: They did a great overall home remodeling of a very outdated condo that needed a LOT of work. They came in just over budget and completed the job in just over 30 days. I would recommend them to anyone needing a complete rehab on a property.

Description of Work: Called Eager Beaver get mail Box installed. After I ordered the Mail Box and post from group out of Atlanta , Shane set up date. Thirty min. Before they arrived I was emailed stating they were on the way. Upon arrival another email stating that they were on sight. Fifty min. Later installation was complete. I was so impressed that I had Shane 2 lol look at another small job and scheduled another job. Well done!!!

Description of Work: Shane was quick to call me back and schedule to come to the house and look at the work I need done to quote me a price. We did have a problem ( small one ) but Shane made sure it was taken care of. Great work...good communication. I would hire them back.

Description of Work: Added beadboard, shelves and chair rail to the laundry room. Painted entire room. The work was done as requested, on time and at a reasonable price. The carpenter, painter and plumber were courteous, professional and neat. The room is finished just the way we envisioned it. I highly recommend Shane and his team.
