Team arrived on time, and quickly assed the situation, and got right to work. They worked well as a team (Marty and Brian(?)), were very personable, and performed the tasks quickly and professionally. I'd use these guys again anytime, and recommend them to anyone.

He was not only able to conceptualize what we wanted, but executed it very well.

Folks that did the install itself did good work and were courteous, and we were pleased with the implementation itself. But the manager changed the price during implementation. Quoted us $X for Labor + Mount weeks before, and then they show up and they stopped by Lowes and bought a mount and turns out it cost them more than they thought when they quoted us (not sure why they didn't buy it weeks before for lower costs)... so now they want us to pay X + 23%. "Don't quote supplies costs if you don't know them" is the moral of the story for this provider. Update: Their worker saying "The mount is going to cost $100" and me responding "Ok, does that change my costs? I was quoted $260." and them saying "Ok" after hearing what my quote was (which apparently the didn't know) followed by them telling the worker buying the mount "No don't go to Walmart it will take too long" is not "approval for the difference in cost". Standard costs for mounts for this TV are 50% of what they paid (even at a store like Best Buy); provider just could've told us to supply the mount if they had no idea where to buy them or how much their cost. They canceled the installation date the first time it was scheduled, so its not like they didn't have ample time.

They were very professional and friendly. The person working at the time always contacted me to schedule and called or sent email when enroute. I spoke with Shane and scheduled an appointment and received an email after the call confirming. Jody called before scheduled time and let me know his appointment ran over which I was fine with. If I was with a contractor I would not want to be rushed. I had a specific job in mind for Eager Beaver of installing a door I was going to order from Lowes. There was some wood rot in the doorframe so I wanted to get all of this repaired at the same time. Their price is a little higher than another handyman but with my Angie's list discount they are still competitive and I was more comfortable being able to do my own research before hiring rather than any random contractor. The main job was the door installation. Wrong door was sent and we had to reschedule installation but the final job is great. They have different people that specialize in different tasks. I also had ceiling fan removed and replaced, front doorbell that wasn't working replaced, knobs installed on kitchen cabinets, and quarteround installed throughout house around my wood floors. They all cleaned up after the job and kept me informed.

Two of them came out, which was nice. They had to carry the toilet up 2 flights of steps and didn't complain. They were so efficient, and I was very impressed.

Plumbers arrived punctually and tried to unclog toilet with toilet auger and poured a lot of Pinesol into toilet. They were unable to unclog toilet. We asked if they could take the toilet up off of the floor and go in from other side to see if the clog could be removed from bottom, they said no, that the clog was within the toilet and the opening on the bottom was smaller than the opening in the bowl and that the clog would be unreachable from the bottom. They told us we would have to replace the toilet. Then they left. We contacted another plumber for a second opinion. The second plumber pulled the toilet up off of the floor and there was a wad of feces right in the bottom opening of the toilet (which incidentally was actually larger than the bowl opening, contrary to what we were told by the first plumber). With the toilet removed from the floor, the clog was easily removed by the second plumber. There was nothing wrong with the toilet other than the clog and the toilet did not need replacement. I believe the first plumber just wanted to get on out of here as it was late on a Friday and they had a hot date with a couple of beers. That, and that they wanted to upsell me a toilet and installation charges I did not need. They were going to provide the toilet and do the installation for another $300.00. It would likely have been an elcheapo toilet which would have soon failed as well so they could come back and gouge us for yet more money, and on and on. Thanks to these plumbers I had to needlessly pay for a second plumber. Had the first plumber done what was asked and taken the toilet up from the floor, the problem would have been resolved with no further expenditure on my part, and we would not have to have gone without the use of the toilet over the weekend until I got another plumber out here on Monday. Needless to say, they will NOT be back in my home again.

Shane and Kaleb completed the work in 2 days. They were the most professional people we have ever used. The excellent quality of their work was equaled only by the respect they gave us as a customer and the respect they gave each other as a team. They made the 2 days enjoyable. We will definitely use Eager Beaver Handyman Service again and ask for Shane & Kaleb, although I'm sure all who represent the company are excellent.

Moses did a great job repairing a section of garage ceiling where we ran new electrical wiring...looks good as new!

This was my first time using a handyman so I was very nervous. I had my list (which is important). Shane explained the process in more detail, and I felt more comfortable with what was going to happen. After working for a couple of hours, the handyman stopped at a certain point, and we both went to the nearest home improvement store to pick up supplies. I got there before he did and started shopping. The handyman easily found me when he arrived, and we obtained the rest of the supplies. He followed me back to my home, since I knew the shortcut home. However, he had another client scheduled and needed to leave early. I still have an hour and will need to schedule another visit and time. Shane was great confirming this, and customer service is an A++.

Yet again, Eager Beaver delivers! Their electricians were timely, effective and cost efficient. Will be sure to refer others.

Friendly crew that did a great job of handling my multiple needs. All were responsive and easy to work with. When I had a question or wanted them to f/u on an item, they were happy to assist. They made sure everything was good to go or made right by the end of the job. Will be sure to refer others!

Can't walk on it yet, but visually, it looks amazing! Will definitely be utilizing Shane's tile guy in the future!

First two of multiple projects to be completed by Shane & co. Both the plumbers and garage door tech were prompt and did great work. They addressed all my needs, and did quality work. His garage door tech helped me get the most value out of my garage door repairs vs replacing the door. We look forward to Shane's group completing the rest of our projects (punch list, roof repair, and tile work). We already provided his name to multiple coworkers and neighbors. Reviews to follow.

I called Shane mid week and had work scheduled for Friday that same week (perfect timing). As usual he was very customer focused and sent Shane2 to complete the painting project. Shane2 was prompt, very professional and upon hearing about other projects I have on my to do list let me know that Eager Beaver would be able to help with all of them. I was not even aware of the various work they could do. By the way, the font door looks fantastic!! I have a few more projects this summer and now that I know Eager Beaver Handyman Service does it all I will definitely be using them again. Very happy with the work!! Thank you!

In this world of service mediocrity and unresponsiveness, this company is a blessing. Respectful. Fast. Professional. Stays in touch via email every step of the experience. I highly recommend them.

We're very happy with the service we've received from Eager Beaver! Their plumbers came by tonight to talk to us about some work we need done, and while they were here they went ahead and knocked out a couple of the smaller repairs. The workmen were very professional and friendly, and were finished in less than half an hour at a very affordable price. Also, I've delayed getting the water line to my refrigerator repaired because of the price quoted to me by another well-known local plumbing service, who made it sound like a major effort (no doubt to justify the price!). Eager Beaver clearly explained the problem and what they will do to fix it, and it won't be nearly as complicated as I thought. Best of all, their quote is less than half of the other quote. We have many more projects to complete, and I'm looking forward to meeting their electricians, carpenters, painters, and gutter installers. A+ !

After all of that, the night vision didn't work pointing out through the window. So, I went back to HOA and they let me put them outside. Shane sent someone out again, didn't charge me and about 1 hour and 30 minutes later, the guy was finished, I had my cameras installed outside and night vision is crystal clear. Thanks Shane for being enduring of me because when they didn't work I was devastated, frustrated, and angry because of the things I had been going through that led me to get cameras. So, thanks for working with me. I will definitely & highly recommend his company!

Arrived on time, speedily resolved problem. Were very courteous and professional. Also performed a minor repair to other toilet at no charge. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the work performed.

The gutter work was great. They had to come back to re-do some of the wood work, but they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied before completing the job.

Eager Beaver Handyman Services far exceeded our expectations. Rare is it in this day and age that any company is responsive to emails, let alone proactively answers their phones. Eager Beaver IS the exception! I rang Shane 3 times over a few weeks and he answered every time. And Jody, he responded to every email I sent him within an hour, if not just a few moments. I didn't think that customer service like this existed anymore. I couldn't have been more wrong! Work day #1 finally arrived and Eric and his crew arrived early...EARLY...to get going for the day. Their punctuality aside, they turned out to be one of the most diligent crews I've ever had the luxury of hiring for any job in my life. The quality of their work was top notch, they took the time to check in to ask about our opinion on the progress of things, and they cleaned up after themselves before leaving for the day. Day #2 was the Groundhog Day version of Day #1. My wife and I are extremely pleased the work Eager Beaver Handyman Services performed for us. We received exceptional work at a great price point.
