They were a pleasure to work with. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and punctual. The price was right where I thought it should have been for the work being performed. I would highly recommend them, and I will use them again in the future.

But they did great I think I called them back again for something else. Just because I felt that just to come out and look was a little bit high prior to actually you know to coming in to give us the diagnostic evaluation I mean we did it a the time just to because I needed to get the door knob fixed that lead to the garage because first aid period. Because it was one of those where we were on the clock even though he had to he came in and told me what the problem was and had to run to Lowe's to go get a part, it kind of didn't make any sense. I think I remember him smelling like smoke or something and it was just I mean he was just didn't look he looked a little dis struggled. They got there like I said we've used them two times I think it was fine.

The job was done on time, billed professionally, and work was excellent. They were very responsive.

Shane was very responsive in returning my call and setting up an appointment for an estimate. We scheduled the work to be completed and for a fair price. His team did an excellent job on all phases of the work and repairs. They were correcting poor workmanship from another handyman service. Shane is very professional and keeps you informed of the process. I would definitely use his services again. He has been a pleasure to work with on my service request. Very hard to find dependable and talented workmanship in the area. Again, I highly recommend Eager Beaver Handyman Services.

Workmanship was excellent. My only complaint was that the microwave was scratched but installed anyway. When I went up to check it out and saw the scratch, the installer indicated it was already there before they installed it but installed it anyway. When I reached out to Shane, he basically stated that I was trying to accuse them of scratching the microwave and was getting a little hostile towards me (the customer). I said that if it was scratched in the box, why didn't they let me know before they completed the install. We bickered a little bit and then decided that since no one would confirm when the scratch happened, I would go back to Lowes and get a replacement unit and he agreed to send his guys back out and install it. I emailed him and he submitted a work order immediately and scheduled the install for approximately 10 days out. When I emailed him and said that we would just reinstall it, he did offer to rearrange some jobs to get it done sooner, but in my opinion, that should have been a given to take care of an existing job but that's just my opinion. I honestly cannot say anything bad about the work done by the gentlemen sent to my home to do the work. It looks really good and they went above and beyond to make it look good. The handling of a customer issue could have been better. I would probably hire again but just keep an eye on things at the beginning of the job a little better.

Shane and his crew did a great job from start to finish. In addition to being careful and precise, the workers were all very positive and upbeat. They were also very knowledgeable about the products they were using and were able to answer our questions.

I want to emphasize this does not relate to the quality of their work as they did not do any for me and seem to have high overall grades. Unfortunately, I think they are either to busy at this time to do a good job communicating on the front end of the transaction. 1) We agreed to an appointment. I made arrangements at work, spent half the day waiting for them and they never showed up. When I contacted Shane he mentioned it was a computer glitch and he would love the opportunity to make it up to me. 2) We again agreed to an appointment the following day. I made arrangements at work, spent half the day waiting for them and they never showed up for a second time. When I contacted Shane he said his employee was involved in a car wreck. He thought he called me, said sorry and said he would love the opportunity to make it up to me. 3) We made a third appointment for the next day. You know the drill. This time Shane texted me in the morning saying he had an earlier opening. I made a mistake thinking this was a 2nd company that I had called as a backup after the second cancellation with Shane. I declined because I knew Shane was coming later in the day. An hour later I realized it was actually Shane that texted me and I asked if were still good for our afternoon meeting. His reply: "too late, I cancelled it per your instructions this morning". No offer to reschedule, just gone. I waited. Received nothing additional from Shane. Obviously they do good work due to their overall grade just know that if things do not go as planned due to their mess up their promise to "make things right" may only go so far. On to the next job.

They came to fix my folding stairs from the downstairs it was amazing

Shane and his team over delivered! The door and transom looked like it always belonged here and they even came in a little under the estimate. The crew was always here early and just a joy to work with. I will use them for all future projects and recommend them to anyone with home needs.

The second time around, I wasn't happy with them. The kids were so nice. Shane was the one I've dealt with mostly. He sent me back a quote that was $1043. I was talking to my son about this and he looked at my list. He said he can do most of those for me so he did it. When I talked with Shane again, I told him all those things were taken cared of except replacing the bricks on the front porch. He came back and said "We don't have anybody who does that." However in his quote, he quoted me a two-man labor crew of $125. There's no way I would use these people again. I didn't like his response.

My experience was as positive as expected. Scheduling and communication were excellent and the crew did a great job. Jorma built some steps and replaced rotted wood on my porch. Shane replaced a dryer vent that is 25' off of the ground. Both men were pleasant, professional and skilled. I recommend Eager Beaver without reservation.

Jorma is a master craftsman who is not satisfied until the job is done 100% correctly. He has done other projects at our home and is always dependable to complete the job to our satisfaction. Highly recommend the services of Eager Beaver!

I needed a new mail box so ordered a very nice Aluminum post and mail box. Started to search on Angie's list for someone to change out the old and in with the new. Saw add for change out service and started researching Eager Beaver Handyman Service. As I looked over the reports I felt like They would be someone I would want to not only do the job but also develop a long term relationship for other potential jobs. Shane contacted me to set up time. So the time was set at 1:00 PM on Saturday. I received an email giving me the date and time on job. On Saturday at approx. 10:00 am received an email stating that the job was today. Received another email at approx. 11:00 am that they were on there way. At 11:50 AM . they arrived. Shane number two (lol) got out of a very nice work truck and introduced himself along with Hunter who was helping . Showed them the mail box and where we wanted it . They got right to it. Pulled out old mail box post and all and placed it there truck to take away. Dug hole , put together mail box post and mail box, mixed quickcrete that they brought and set the mail box. Shane and Hunter also place the brass numbers on mail box. Job completed in 45 min. Had Shane also look at two items that needed to be done so I am scheduling for them to come back because this job was only allotted for 1 hour which I knew before they arrived. Needless to say I was very happy with service , professionalism , punctuality, and job well done. I received one last email stating that the job was done and if there was any issue to feel free to contact them. I mentioned to my wife that it is very nice to have people do what they say there going to do. No question we will be using Shane again in the future for other projects and look forward to Shane 2 and Hunter coming back to do sheet wall patch and some caulking in kitchen behind sink. Thank guys.

Shane Halpin is the one that initially provided us with an estimate. A few days later he sent out a crew to start the work. The crew that came out to install the vanity and the commode made a mess of the caulking and they reversed the water lines. On Mother's Day Weekend we noticed that there was standing water in the bathroom and we didn't know where it was coming from. We initially thought it was our water heater so we called a plumber, that we've been using for years, to come and take a look at it. He realized that the leak was coming from the commode and that the installers didn't tighten down the screws and he was able to fix it in about 30 seconds. As soon as I notified Shane of the issues he came out himself to take a look at everything. He refunded me the cost of having a plumber come out on a holiday weekend and sent his crew out the next day to fix everything. His crew was very nice, cleaned up everything, and you couldn't have asked for a better group of young men.

Another great experience! I have used Shane’s company multiple times, and continue to use them as my “go to” service provider. Shane 2 and Hunter provided today’s work, and they were punctual, courteous, provided quality work, and completed it within the expected time frame. Great job guys!

The carpentry crew was very professional, puntual and efficient. The electrician was professional, however arrived 30 minutes late and I never received a phone call advising he would be late. Overall the list of "handyman" items I needed taken care of, were. If you have a to do list you need knocked out quickly, this company will accomodate you, at a price. If you're not in any hurry, I recommend shopping around for a handyman not associated with a business, because Eager Beaver Handyman Service is extremely expensive and over priced.

Excellent. Shane had a team out quickly and a quote issued immediately. The gutter work was performed that day by Shane2, Gregorio, and Caleb. All were professional and helpful. The work was of high quality and was performed quickly and on budget. I had Gregorio and Caleb return to perform fence repair and that was done well too. My neighbor enrolled the team to replace some rotten siding and he was very pleased. Eager Beaver will be my first call from now on for work on my home, they have my full confidence.

Shane came on time both times. I received emails when he was on his way. The total charges include materials he had to purchase. I would definitely use this company again.

I want to say Shane and his crew did an excellent job on my small master bathroom. I had them replace the shower/tub combo with a walk-in shower, new tile floor, new vanity install, new outlets, repair and paint the walls and replaced plumbing. They took their time and did the job right. As with all remodels, we encountered a few small issues, but all were addressed promptly and correctly. I would definitely hire them again.

Originally, I wanted some wood rot repaired and a couple of ceiling fans swapped out; however, after experiencing their professionalism, promptness, cleanliness, friendliness, and overall care for the job, I started finding more and more for them to do, actually doubling my original estimate, but it was well worth the money. They arrived promptly, each day. I was notified via e-mail whenever a worker was on the way, had arrived, had completed a worker. They were always prompt, professional, and cleaned up the work site each day. If they found something unexpected, like additional wood rot, they would notify me, give me an estimate to fix it, and after my approval, continue on with the repair. I am very pleased. All of the work was completed in a timely manner and the work area was left spotless. I was so pleased, in fact, that I've hired them to repair and paint the trim on my house. They'll be back next Friday for that. Owning a house, it's not a matter of if, but when you'll need repair ... when I need more repairs, Eager Beaver will be first on my list to call.
