Shane came out and gave me an estimate of 3 hours work to fix the gate. The handyman that came out was able to fix the gate by raising and reinforcing it at over $100 less than the original quote. Friendly, professional, and fantastic service. I would hire them again tomorrow.

Shane was very professional. He was on time. Scheduling was easy and confirmation emails were sent. The estimate was sent before he even left my house. The only reason we didn't choose him was because of a competitor's rates. I would definitely give him another shot at any other jobs that may come up in the future.

Shane and his crew always arrive on time and are courteous and pleasant to work with. Shane keeps up communication throughout the project and answers questions promptly. When a wiring problem was discovered after cutting through our nearly-50-year-old interior wall, he contacted his electrician who arrived within an hour to give an estimate and worked through the following Sunday to fix it. They also replaced our old linoleum with resilient vinyl tile planks which look very similar to porcelain tile.

After setting up a an appointment days ago and Shane coming out which took less than 10min or less, we didn't go over the entire list. He mentioned that he had a tight schedule upon it arrival but geesh! I wish I hand known that days ago. I have wasted days if vacation not getting things done!

Work was done well. The handrail was reattached securely. Dusty was very nice. The only issue I had was that I was quoted $75 service call, but after the job was done I was told it was 85/hour. I told him what I was quoted and he lowered it to 75/hour, still more than I expected to pay but I paid it. He was there 1.5 hours. There was also a piece of spilled plaster that I noticed later on.

Super fine human being owns company, and he has clean, polite, professional employees. Very flexible, too.

Moses & Kenny did amazing work. They fully respected our space, cleaned up during the process (not just at the end of each day), and did artistic-worthy work. The 11' ceiling is perfectly repaired, including a 17' vault in the middle of the room. They were very pleasant to be around, and enjoyed each other's company too. We'd hear them chatting together, and bursting out in loud laughter together!! Even though one never wants to cope with a leak situation, Moses & Kenny certainly made our home a better place. They both take great pride in their work, and it shows. We are very grateful, and would request them specifically in the future.

The repairs were quick and looked great when complete. Originally it was quoted to cut a hole in the wall to replace the shower handle when all it required was calling Delta and getting a finishing kit. Thankfully we avoided an unnecessary hole and patch job, make sure to call a plumbing supply company for their product expertise, we used Ferguson's.

Shane is incredibly responsive, every time I called or reached out with a question via e-mail I had an answer almost instantly. All the services were scheduled quickly and completed quickly! Eager Beaver can tackle almost any project that would come up in a home which is great when you want to have multiple things done at once. He also provides quotes very quickly even without scheduling the service in advance! Will definitely use again!

Mike and Mike did an AMAZING job! I was very nervous, never having done this much renovation in my house before, but I knew the job was too big for me. The guys came in and got right to work. The price was the best quote I had from about 4 different people. Not only did they do everything I asked, they also did tons of little extras! They were sweet, personable, knowledgeable, and professional! I will absolutely use them again!!!

I have NEVER given a bad review on Angie's List. I give all people the benefit of the doubt, and always try to be reasonable and work with them. The worker was very nice, punctual and did a good job on everything; however, the window job was not completed. They worked with me on the price, and I appreciated that, because at $85 an hour for one person to do a large job, it is impractical and really adds up. I have learned a hard lesson, not to hire someone by the hour for such jobs. I understood that more time was needed, as only a portion of the job was completed, and was told on 5/18 that he would return on 5/23 and 5/24 to complete the job. It rained heavily on the days he was to return, which I understand is beyond their control, and was then told that he would return on 5/30, ((which turned into 5/31 because that date did not work for me). Because NO TARP OR PLASTIC was put over the windows for protection, they have been exposed to the elements for a week so far, except for the gap filler sprayed in the 1" gap. When I called, I was told that the windows were about as protected as they were before they came out, which was of little comfort, since that was the reason they were called in the first place. It has been raining (hard) for days, with a half-done job and no protection for my windows. The bottom line is that I was expected to wait 13 days for the job to be completed. The owner was agreeable to leave the job with "no love lost", which was of no help in my situation. Now I am starting from square one, looking for someone to finish the job, which is very upsetting, considering how much I have already invested, both in the job and in my house. Communication with the office was very good.

Shane and his crew did an absolutely amazing job renovating out master bath. We got several other quotes on our bathroom remodel, some of them were double what Shane ended up charging us. It's been over 1 year and we are still extremely satisfied with the work Shane did for us. We plan on using him for future renovations.

The gentleman who came out cleaned the gutters and inspected them. He made some minor repairs that he saw which was great. I will definitely give them a call the next time I need something.
