 + -1 moreOUR FURNACE WENT OUT. WE CALLED TO HAVE THEM COME OUT AN FIX IT. THE DIDNT SHOW UP THE FIRST DAY AND WHEN WE CALLED TO CHECK WERE TOLD THEYD HAD TO SERVE THEIR CUSTOMERS ON QUEENS ROAD FIRST. THEY DID THE SAME THING THE SECOND AND THIRD DAY. THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND GAVE US THE RUN AROUND.

Description of Work: HOOKED UP GAS LINE FOR GAS LOGS, INSTALLED GAS LOGS, HOOKED UP DRYER TO GAS LINE. MR. JOHNS WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL & HELPFUL. HE IMMEDIATELY QUOTED ME $335 ON THE SPOT & AGREED TO PUT IT IN WRITING, THEN FAXED IT THE NEXT DAY. COST INCLUDED $35 CITY-COUNTY MECHANICAL INSPECTION. THEY NOT ONLY RAN THE GASL LINES BUT SENT OUT 2 WORKERS, ONE TO WORK ON THE DRYER LINE & ANOTHER WHO SPECIALIZED IN GAS LOGS. THE GAS LOGS THAT I PURCHASED WERE UNBOXED BY THE "SPECIALIST," SET UP (FAKE CINDERS & ALL) AND HE TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN TO ME & MY SON HOW TO WORK IT.

 + -1 moreHAVE USED THEM SINCE 1966! OIL FURNACE REPLACED, CENTRAL AIR INSTALLED & LATER REPLACED. THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK, WON'T BE CHEAP BUT GET THE WORK DONE. HAVE EVEN COME ON HOLIDAYS. CAN'T COMPLAIN, SATISFACTORY.
