E-genius Appliance Repair

Eugene came an assessed the problem with my dishwasher by running it through its cycles very thoroughly. He checked with the manufacturer for the necessary repair part; but unfortunately the part was not available due to the age of the machine. Eugene was very professional and personable. I will most likely use their service to install my new dishwasher.

Fantastic. From the minute that I touched base with Abel (who was the point of contact) I knew that I had made a great choice. Communication was excellent, clear of what to expect regarding the service and fee/charges, and follow up. I was scheduled for the estimate in a few days; the technician/repair guy showed up in the expected time window, was friendly and knowledgable. I was called back with 15 minutes with an estimate, which unfortuantely was not going to work (as the repair price was not worth it, compared to buying a new stove). However, I was told by another company, who also gave an estimate, that parts were not available and the stove could not be fixed; but they were able to find parts, telling me that I have confidence in their ability and service. Fantastic! At first, I was sketched out because there was no official method of confirming the repair appointment. The contact for E-genius texted me from their personal cell, and their business address was to an apartment complex. Regardless, the technician was very sweet and accommodating. They worked around my work schedule, were very professional, and now my washer works like new. Now knowing their quality of work, I would book again without hesitation.

I got a great service for a great price. When i called this company i did not know if they could fix or not my appliance since i never had used them. The technician arrived on schedule and quickly found the issue. He kindly explained the solution and how much would it cost. After i agreed it was a matter of less than 1 hour to have my dryer working again

We needed an AC installed because our old one died. These guys responded quickly, and we are so grateful. Nobody wants to sleep through hot and humid summers without AC. They were professional from start to the end, communicated about the expected timelines of work done, showed up on time, finished work quickly and cleaned up. The price was right, too! If you need work done, they will come through to your house emergency like they did for us. We ended up referring our neighbors whose fridge did not survive the heat wave. They did the refrigerator repair for them as well. Thank goodness, for guys at e-genius!
