Service was great. It took longer than we anticipated due to the transmission specialist. Very professional, attentive to my questions and concerns and willing to do whatever it took to get the job done right.
Description of Work: Removed transmission, subbed out repair with transmission specialist, re-installed transmission, replaced seals, adjusted clutch, installed new clutch rod, changed oil & filter in Classic Car.

+ 2 moreIt went well. They worked with my deductible based Carmax maintenance warranty for the components that were covered. The owners didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. They did make reasonable recommendations for service in the future. It was a good experience.
Description of Work: Brought it in because the front end was loose when I would go around corners and had an airbag light that came on. I also needed a tuneup and transmission filter change.They diagnosed the issues and fixed all the problems.
