The job went very smoothly exactly as it was planned and as indicated completed in one day.

I called on Wednesday and the only time they had was Friday due to the fact the everyone's A/C's were overworking. I was at work and my boy was at home when the tech arrived. The tech was unable to fix the unit and had to order a part. My kid called to tell me that the other unit is not even working at all. I called Dulin back and explained what happened and I believe it was the owner that went out to the house and was able to correct the one unit. By that time my wife was at the house and she asked for the amount to write a check and he said wait until Monday just see how it goes over the weekend. Monday rolls around and the tech finished up and left an invoice and a note to call the office. I was very pleased with the customer service that Dulin provided. He was not about the money... It was all about taking care of his customers.

Contacted Mr. Dulin around a week ago with problems with our air conditioning. Scheduled an appointment and he came out. Had initially planned on getting several estimates, but after he came out we felt positive that he was who we wanted to perform our job. Within one week of our consultation he had our unit in. Our furnace went out on the coldest day of the year and we called Dulin Mechanical and others on Angie's List. They were very helpful and the company president came out the same afternoon and gave us a very complete and competitive bid. Their installation team arrived first thing the next morning and had a new furnace working for us before noon! The work was passed by the county inspector the next week, and Dulin helped us with the utility rebate. The furnace works great and we're very happy with the service provided.

The service was excellent. The staff was fine. They were very prompt. We call them and they normally come within the next day or two.

The workers were good and polite. They left the area clean. They were very prompt and on time. There was only one problem we had but they came out immediately to fix it. They had better prices than the others I had looked into. I would definitely use them again.

I haven't made up my mind who I'm going to use for this project yet. They gave me six different options that I could do, at different price ranges. They're very professional and very honest and very upfront. They told me that if I didn't want to do it in the Fall, to give them a call in the Spring. He told me sometimes it's better if you have time to think about it. He told me to call him so he can tell me when the rebate will be in effect for the Springtime.

It went good. The staff is always very good. The owner came to my house and was honest. They worked hard and cleaned up everything.

We had a good experience with Dulin. The price was fair, the workers were punctual and professional. My only small complaint was that once the system was finished and the gas meter installed, (on a Friday) they didn't make it out to turn on the system despite two separate phone calls to their office. My husband was able to figure it out so that we did have heat over the weekend, but it would have been better if they had called us back, come out and done it for us. Aside from that, they have been great at following up to correct the small fixes that needed to be done after installation was finished. Overall they did a fantastic job and I would definitely recommend them and use their services again.

We've had used Dunlin for about 3 years now because of good reviews here and also our own good experiences. It started with a blower motor repair in 2011 and since then Dunlin has performed the annual check ups of our AC and heating units as well as a couple of smaller repairs to our full satisfaction. Last winter they did the winter maintenance and we pre-paid already the AC unit check up for summer. When the AC unit was serviced I expected a free maintenance but we ended up paying $240 for adding R-22 to each system. That was kind of a disappointment. I had had low refigerant issues in the past and had not noticed any issues of that sort in our current property. However, I am certainly not an expert and have to assume we were indeed low on coolant. This summer we returned from vacation and our upstairs unit wasn't cooling. We called Dulin and the service rep. came out the same night at 23pm on a Saturday to check it out, which we truly appreciated. Turned out to be flipped breaker right at the unit at the outside of the house. He turned the power back on and advised us to monitor the situation and call back if the problem occurred again. So far so good and I believe we paid about 180 for the service which is fair. Sure enough, the breaker kept tripping and the following Monday my wife called in to have it checked. I myself wasn't there and the service rep explained to my wife that our unit was too old (about 14 years or so) and drawing too much power and that was tripping the breaker. He advised that we would need to replace the unit. I don't know what system analyses he ran and I believe we were not charged for this second visit. When my wife called me to explain the situation I couldn't believe this explanation. Because I'm not an expert, I relied on a quick google search to find out what typically causes the ac units breaker to trip. The age of the unit was not among the top ten. At that point I got kind of suspicious and because it was a fairly cheap and easy thing to do myself I installed 2 new capacitors. Since then the unit has been working flawlessly. Later, when our second unit showed the same symptoms, I also installed 2 new capacitors which fixed the issues. I don't know if Dulin's mechanics are paid commission based, but we felt that we cannot trust their assessment any longer and that he was trying to sell us something at a high cost that we don't (yet) need. Since then we switched to another company to service our heating / ac units.

It went great. The owner who did the initial assessment was knowledgeable, and provided great solutions for some of the issues I was having. The technicians who performed the work were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and were more than happy to discuss any questions or concerns I was having. They took extra time to discuss care and maintenance of the newly installed equipment. Take away and clean up of old equipment was fine. Coordination with inspections was fine. Very satisfied with their work ethic, standards and responsiveness. Will use again and highly recommend.

Dulin Mechanical sent a technician same day I called requesting service. Technician diagnosed why a/c unit to the second floor of my home was not working- on a 90+ day, and made repairs. Since I just moved into the home, I had some questions about my hvac system. The technician was very eager to answer them and provided useful information. I subsequently contracted Dulin to perform annual maintenance and repairs as noted in our home inspection report. My experience with Dulin Mechanical has been great.

Great! I reside out of state from where my rental property is located, As such, I need to hire trustworthy, reliable and punctual professionals. Also, since I am currently unemployed, I requested that they let me know if the unit could be repaired instead of replaced, as was previously recommended by another contractor. They did everything they said they would do and in the time they said they would do it. I am happy with the service I received and will use them again when I do replace the unit.

I was so impressed with Dulin. I'm a busy real estate agent and am always looking for good service providers. The first company I called which I have used in the past placed me on hold two days in a row, had me email them twice and still couldn't figure that out. I I called Dulin and was immediately assisted in a confident and professional manner. An inspection was set up and the service tech Andre was super nice and spent at least 45 minutes inspecting these systems. I was impressed. I got the report the next day as promised. Dulin delivers. I will definitely be calling them again.

Everything went smoothly. A new wiring arrangement was required and was routed overhead and secured properly. The tech cleaned up the packing material, removed the old wire, and wire ties. The new valve was installed very professionally and neatly. I am very pleased with the workmanship. The cost of the valve surprised me but after checking the internet I found that a good valve like the one that was installed is really that expensive. placed. I had installed the old valve several years ago and it could no longer do the job. This valve should last much longer than the cheaper one it replaced.

They will come out the same day and are very prompt. They were very apologetic and honest about the problem. They fixed everything and I am having no problems now. They are very polite and courteous as well.

Dulin's repairman went to the location as promised and found that refrigerant was low filled it and also advised on possible causes, but did not attempt to sell additional services. However, the original technician missed a malfunctioning relay switch or something to that affect which made the unit not cool again after two days. They promptly went back and brought the unit operational again. We also used Dulin Mechanical to install the HVAC system on a new house we built. That was a $42,000 geothermal system, They were very knowledgeable about the system and installed it in a very professional manner. We are very happy with Dulin's new installs and service work. Prior to the new construction, we had Dulin replace our HVAC systems at the old house with Trane units. Their price and service was better than anyone else's.

Person was great. Found out my fan motor went bad causing all the noise and high electric bill. Waiting on a call back for the part so hoping to be cool soon!

I have been using their services for at least four years. They are consistent and are an honest business. They have been a good very company and I am pleased with their service.

I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service I was provided. The owner himself comes out to do the estimate and he is very professional, polite and fair. The folks at their office and the 4 different technicians that came to my house were all great. I am big on customer service and they didn't disappoint me at all. I reached out to 8 different companies before deciding on going with Dulin. They were competitive with pricing but it was their customer service and overall personal guarantee that made it a clear decision for me. I would definitely work with them again. In fact I did sign up for their service plan.

Arrived as scheduled. Polite, friendly, clean, attentive. Cleaned systems and checked all components and refrigerant levels. Tested systems and reset defrost sensor to a more appropriate timing cycle due to frequent defrost mode set when heat pump was initially installed by another company. Pointed out some ground wiring that was not connected when system was installed by other company. Purchased one year contract for spring/summer and fall/winter maintenance. Price was comparable or a little lower than some other companies.

Went very well. Technician was friendly, shared his findings and recommendations.

They repaired my system. Everything went well.

Their prices were very resonable considering it was a holiday.
