 + -1 moreIf you are a new customer, you can get a really good deal. A bulb that would cost $25 at Home Depot or Lowe's, I can get for six bucks. If they use Duke as a power provider, they should definitely go online and take advantage of that program. The bulbs are typically 1/4 or 1/3 to what you would pay otherwise.
Description of Work: Duke Energy has an online store where you can buy the energy efficient lightbulbs at way reduced rates.

 + -1 moreI would give the company an A overall. I would not ask anyone else to come in because I know they need the job. The agent did not ask any probing questions, so there was nothing to transcribe.
Description of Work: We had a water leak fixed which was free because it was part of what we pay each month.
