Their work was excellent.

I called Rob on a Friday about concerns of mild mold on a couple of vents in my house. He was able to come by first thing Monday morning. After looking at the vents and duct work - even going into the attic for further inspection - he did not think we had a mold problem in our duct work. He was honest and did not try to sell me on anything. Since I am not duct work savvy, he could have easily told me the ducts looked moldy and sold me on unnecessary work. He looked at our downstairs ducts and told me they were very dirty - which I already knew. When I asked, he explained the benefits of having the ducts cleaned and his information was in line with what I had researched. While his prices for cleaning are not the most inexpensive, but still competitive, he will get my business for his honesty and professionalism. I will follow up on this review once we've had our duct work cleaned by Ductz of South Charlotte.

My wife and I were in the hospital to deliver our first baby when they were scheduled to clean our Air Ducts. Our house was full with my parents and in laws staying over and were able to let them in for the appointment. My parents said they were very nice and courteous and explained to them everything they were doing. They took extra care to power wash all of the vents and cleaned up around all of the work areas. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their air ducts cleaned.

Team arrived on time, and did a professional job. Spoke with owner several times both before service and after, and he was extremely helpful and provided some excellent recommendations on some additonal work that we are considering. I found him to be completely trustworthy and honest and would absolutely recommend this company to others. I have heard of other duct companies completely ripping you off, and I feel like DUCTZ Of South Charlotte to be exactly the opposite.

The service was performed professionally, quickly and efficiently. I had pictures of the dryer air vent before and after the work was performed. When inspecting the rest of the house vents, he did not try to charge me for any work that did not need to be performed. A minor repair was even performed without extra charge.

DUCTZ Of South Charlotte showed up right on time the day my new HVAC unit was being installed. They worked alongside the crew installing my new unit, were careful to make sure that all ducts were cleaned property and completely, and were able to complete the job without delaying the installation of the unit or the HVAC crew onsite. Once completed, they showed me the results of the job which left me with a great feeling that my ducts were cleaned and ready for the newly installed HVAC system. Great work, guys!
