DRI TOUCH CARPET CLEANING LLC

I got them from Angie's List. I have used them twice. The first time I used them I thought they were reasonable, but then when I called them back the second time and they told me the price I remarked that their prices had gone up and they told me it was the same price I charged last time. The first time I thought they were cheap and the second time I thought they were high, but they did a good job for me. They did a good job. The first time their responsiveness was very good. The second time he said he did not get my message so he gave me another number; a text to reach him on if that happens again. I guess he was responsive when I explained to him that I had been trying to get in touch with him for a while.

There was no work performed. An appointment was set up, and then canceled by the company just prior to the agreed time as another project took longer than anticipated. Consequently, another appointment time was mutually agreed upon. This was a no-show on the company's part. Without any notifying call, whatsoever.

These guys were very nice, very professional and I loved not having the floor wet after. I was looking for a company who wouldn't use dangerous chemicals. Everything they use is organic material, with no smell/odor/perfume and is not dangerous! They worked very hard during their time here, and they couldn't remove a stain from a rug (small one, mashed in cherries) and cleaned the whole thing without charging. I'd recommend them to everyone. They were also exactly on time, friendly, and respectful of all requests. The price was also much better than the previous company I used, and they did a better job! I'll use them regularly.
