 + -1 moreWent better than expected. Thought a leaky outdoor faucet needed to be replaced but they were able to fix the problem without replacing. Same scenario for a leaky pea trap - fixed it. Great work. This work was performed at my Mother's house. My sister and I both use DrainMasters so when our 97 year old Mother needed help we called them to her house.
Description of Work: Repaired several leaks and replaced toilet flapper.

Description of Work: Repaired a leak (failed pressure regulator) at the outlet of the water meter box, buried in my yard. He responded within 12 hours on a Sunday morning of Memorial Day weekend. He quickly diagnosed the problem, verified a second regulator was in place under the house and replace the leaking regulator and multiple fittings with a straight section of pipe.

 + 0 moreRick Armstrong was recommended by a neighbor and he responded quickly, diagnose problem, offered fair estimate, procured parts to replace section of sewer line and clean out. He dug up the broken section, cleaned out tree roots, and replaced section of pipe and installed new clean out. Had us up and running by the end of the day. He was professional and did a good job for a fair price. Much better experience w. Drain Master than previous fiasco that I had w. Roto Rooter. Drain Masters are now in my rolo deck for any future plumbing problems.
Description of Work: Broken sewer lateral clean out let tree roots into line and caused back up in house.
