Our idea was to open a computer shop that was fair in price and excellent in service. We have a combined experience of twenty years in the computer industry, so there's not much we haven't fixed. We strive to be your trusted neighborhood computer mechanic. Free pickup and delivery of your computer, anywhere in Charlotte! We are at 2644 Shenandoah Avenue in the Chantilly neighborhood, conveniently located between the Elizabeth and Plaza Midwood neighborhoods. very disappointed
Description of Work: wanted e-mail set up on lap top.......they just said "Set up G-Mail".....it has tons of storage, yada, yada, yada..... wanted my printer to "communicate" with computer....it was somehow "offline"...........it printed one page while he was here. Hasn't printed since........

Very sorry to see this review. We went out of our way to make the Customer happy. She said she was satisfied prior to us leaving her residence, and furthermore I provided my personal cell number prior to leaving her residence in the event of any problems she might find in the future. She did not reach out to us to provide Dogma Computers the opportunity to resolve the aforementioned issues. One phone call is all it takes, we are not satisfied until you are. Yes, we do recommend Gmail.

Our PC's power system got "zapped" while we were on vacation. We tried to repair it ourselves but didn't have any luck. We took it to Dogma Computers to see if the data/hard driveinside was still salvageable. Fortunately, it was. They replaced the power source with a new one for less than we paid for one on the Internet (which turned out to be a dud). They also upgraded our RAM. I liked it because their prices are lower than the big chain store and you can see a full price list on their website so you know how much everything will cost ahead of time. Also, they will drive to your home to pick up and deliver the computer for free, but we just took ours to their place of business since we lived nearby. Overall very satified.
Description of Work: New power supply put in, more RAM.
