This was a total rip off all they did was spray WD-40 on my rails on the garage door... for 10 bucks I could’ve bought a can of WD-40 and did it myself !!!!

They not only found the problem and fixed it on the spot, but they noticed and advised about problems that were likely to occur in the future. I was extremely impressed with them. There was no pressure to make the changes that might be needed later right now.

It went great. They fixed the problem right away.

It took about 30 mins to replace the two (2) torsion springs, check the balance, and oil the system. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Professional, responsive, punctual, and knowledgeable. Excellent communication via phone. They contacted me to schedule and they were able to come service my door on the same day! Employee showed up right on time, found and explained the issue to me, and completed the work! Really great work, I would recommend this company to anyone.

He came within 24 hours notice (Mr. Brandon Allen) and inspected our aged system. Though he did not try to up sell my wife. I was actually traveling abroad so it was really nice to know my spouse was extremely pleased with the candor. Instead he lubricated system and performed a general maintenance as we had requested. the result was back to order!

i called Discount Garage Service at approximately 11:30 am and they had the door fixed by 1:00 pm. My car was hostage in the garage and i really needed it for both work purposes and picking up my children. Pleasure to work with Brandon and Patrick.

Extremely happy with the fast response. My garage was unbalanced and the system would refuse to close since it got out of alignment. The door get opening back up as it closed. For a very reasonable $69 they got my system back in alignment, checked everything for safety, tuned up the motor, and my garage door opener is now good as new. THANK YOU!

Excellent service. Had someone out to the house within 24 hours. It was not an emergency because we did not have any cars stuck in the garage. However, if we had, I have no doubt that service would have been provided within a couple of hours. Brandon, the owner, was very professional and accommodating regarding scheduling. Patrick arrived on time and completed the job quickly. I will definitely keep this company's information for any future service we may need on the garage door.

They called us the same day we sent the request even though it was after 5pm and they scheduled us for the repair two days later. The people that came were punctual, very professional and personable and performed the work needed without trying to upsell us on unneeded extras. Our door now works flawlessly! I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

I left a message and was called back right away. I was asked to take a picture of the spring and size of the door to ensure they had the appropriate replacement parts. I was given a time for same day service at 4:00. They called me back that they were able to complete a job early and wanted to know if they could come by earlier than the expected time. They were punctual, courteous, and professional. They completed the job in 30 minutes. My garage door is working perfectly. I would definitely use them again and would recommend.

From the first call.. very responsive.. Worker showed up when he said he would, did what he said he would do in the time frame given. Work was done to my satisfaction and cheaper than I anticipated. Would hire this company again for sure. Very professional.

He was excellent. Came out the same morning that I called. Explained what was being done. Work was done at a fair price. Love that he gave a discount to veterans! He also explained that my motor was dying, would need to be replaced in the future and gave me pricing for that, but did not pressure me to fix it on the spot.
