Work was completed on time in a professional manner with no time gapes in work. All phases of the construction was completed and cleanup was very good in all construction phases. The workers were pleasant to talk with and were anxious to get the project done right. They were careful to not damage any parts of the house as they carried building materials upstairs into the attic.

Direct Home Solutions (DHS) is a highly professional, responsible and more importantly, trustworthy company. We had interviewed few renovation companies but decide to go with DHS and that was right decision. Ana, Dany and Zane were always professional, approachable and courteous. They all showed a high level of professionalism and responsiveness. All our questions and concerns were addressed in short time and all phone calls, emails and SMS were returned promptly considering their busy schedule. We enjoyed working with all of them and our renovation project was pleasant experience. We would definitely use DHS team again and would recommend them without any reservation. Their diligent work and quality of completed renovation totally transformed our house and improved house curb appeal.

They came out a little after the purchase. We added quite a bit of work to it. There was a checklist of several different things for them to do. The contractor is pretty new to the business and didn't have quite the experience yet so he had to let him go and he had to come out a second time with a different sub contractor for the estimate. Some of his subs were good some where not. I think the main problem not to get enough experience when we had him working for us. Most of it turned out pretty good but there were a couple of things that need to be done. Using them again does not apply because we do not live in the area anymore.

We had requested a quote over a year ago. Danny was very quick to respond to our request for a quote and followed up. We put off the work until this year and he quickly responded when I reached out to him again. He was very professional in his communication, arrived on time to walk through the project one more time and kept me informed of when the team would arrive. The team that arrived to do the work was a man and woman. They were on time and moved quickly through the first day's work. The following two days took a little longer than I expected, but the work was interrupted by a big rainstorm on day two. The final days' work took much longer than was communicated to me, but it did not cause any problems. I would suggest estimating longer and finishing ahead of schedule! Always better to under-promise and over-deliver! There was one outstanding item that we noticed after the final walk-thru and Danny immediately responded and fixed the issue the next day. We were very pleased with the work that was completed. It was as we had requested and done well. I would definitely have Direct Home Solutions quote on other projects.

Danny was great communicating with us (email and phone) and coming out to our house and providing guidance and an estimate on our project. His contractors were also great at giving advice on all our options. Turned out that the project could not be completed due to RV dimensions changing causing the scope of the job to increase substantially . We asked Danny to cancel the job and he was very understanding and cancelled an order we had placed through him and provided us with a refund. I would not hesitate to hire Danny on any future project we would have.

The home I had under contract needed lots of repairs. It was also outdated and neglected. This was going to be a huge renovation job. Right away, I felt at ease with this team. They listened to what I wanted to do with the home and had some great ideas that I had not even thought of. We met several times at the home to go over details and get specifics for each area of the home. We also met at local businesses to pick out cabinets, countertops, backslashes, etc. Anna and Zane are such assets to this company. I enjoyed working with them and their associates. And although we did not get to finish this extensive job together, I am definitely calling them for the next one.

After asking few simple questions about quoted price,received very arrogent reply from danny and he stopped responding to my mesages and calls. Till today I have received full estimates for all the tasks we had discussed.

Danny was awesome to work with! We initially had him come out in November to review the potential project, and with holidays and travel it took a couple months to get everything on the books. Danny was very patient and responsive, which made things much easier. We had a horrible (pastel 1950's) master bath and I couldn't wait to get rid of it. Danny's team gutted it to the studs and rebuilt the entire bathroom. The project lasted about 2 weeks and everything went amazingly! His team was efficient, polite, and SO clean! I never felt inconvenienced and every day they would vacuum and dust my house before they left - it was a fantastic experience. The project itself had some hiccups only because of the structure of my 1950s house. After tearing everything out they realized I had no subfloor and the support beams in the walls were shot - structural work had to be done to make the area safe before putting the new bathroom in. The work was done in almost no time and it didn't delay the overall project. After two weeks, we had an amazing new bathroom! I never would have thought it could have looked this good - and the price was extremely reasonable, it was right within the budget we were hoping for! Work done included: - Gut entire bathroom to studs - Install new sub floor - Remove damaged support studs and beams - New plumbing, install two-sink vanity, new toilet, new tub - Update electrical, install new lights - Hand installed subway tile work throughout - New tile floor - New bath fan - Paint

Danny was very professional, responded quickly to all inquiries and was able to start the project very quickly. We were very happy with the services he provided and have recommended him to our friends and will consider him for future projects in and around our house. We had a delay in getting the doors for the office in and Danny kept us up to date throughout the process which was much appreciated. He even was able to accommodate some changes in the project along the way. The best part was that Danny was dealing with our annoying puppy who was constantly in his way without complaints :). Great job, Danny!

Danny was able to work me in the schedule really quickly. He was prompt and worked really quickly and was extremely neat. One wall required repair and he handled that at no extra charge. The room is beautiful! It looks like a completely new room! I would have made a complete mess if left to my own devices. While not directly related to the work, I would just like to add that Danny was extremely personable and trustworthy. I immediately felt comfortable having him in our home and he was especially kind to my child with special needs. We are discussing future projects and I am looking forward to working with Direct Home Solutions!

Danny was extremely conscientious and stayed in touch during all of the planning and work periods. He lost one of his painters, slowing down the process. He also needed to switch to another marble installer and cabinet refinisher. The cabinet refinisher was excellent but the marble installer had difficulty with the work. Danny stepped in; however, before he did, the marble work was not excellent. All of the workers were polite, reliable and did a good job. The plumber was a bit careless and there were initial leaks with the sink, garbage disposer, and washer. These were all corrected when I pointed them out. There was a great deal of painting in the project. Danny took on some of it, but two days the crew worked 10-11 hours. The work continued beyond the 5 days predicted, moving to all day on Saturday and Monday morning. I was not surprised, given the scope of the work. In fact, it might have been easier on all of us to have had more breathing room as workers needed to work on top of each other and late-although it was nice to have the work done in 8 days. When they left, they carefully cleaned up. I am very happy with the outcome.

It went great! Danny and Roy were terrific to work with. Punctual, professional, courteous and actually fun to have around. It was like having company, except they were getting work done. Would most definitely use them again.

Work performed was fine but took longer than it should have Quality was good. Did not cleanup very well at end of job.

The terms of the deal changed. When I bought it, it said that any work over the 40 hours would be $60 per hour. I remember this because I discussed it with my brother. Then he put $70 on the estimate.. He said to look a the deal. It then said "At an agreed upon rate." Also, like i wrote in the line above, I was not comfortable with the estimates that he provided.

This was my second time using Danny and his company Direct Home Solutions. Similar to the previous project, he was able to gather information and pull permits for the job very quickly and wasted no time in getting started. Once the project was up and running, the production was smooth and efficient. From framing to electrical to HVAC, every aspect of this project was taken care of very professionally. One thing that was noteworthy was the fact that the work place was always kept neat and organized. In the end, the entire building was restored beautifully and up to current codes. The owner, the bank, and the insurance company were all very pleased.

This project was a complete renovation and remodel of our main bathroom in a 1935 home. There were many challenges to the project including the space limitations, mistakes and problems created by a prior owner and quirks of an older home. Danny Chung proved himself to be an excellent communicator and a true professional from day 1. He was prompt and dependable at all times--from email communication to phone calls to the estimate appointment, he was always on time and always had a pleasant and professional demeanor. Danny and his team worked tirelessly and with great attitudes to ensure that our project was done correctly. They overcame each obstacle (layers of old flooring, damage, things that were crooked, an awkwardly placed window in the shower area) with professionalism, and wonderful solutions. No detail was too small. No concern of mine too insignificant. Danny and his team (Don and Jared) resolved each concern to my complete satisfaction. I felt confident and comfortable having them work in my home and around my family, friends and pets. They did their absolute best to keep my home clean and safe, and to work around our daily lives despite the confined space and high traffic area they were forced to work in. I am beyond thrilled with the end result! I cannot speak more highly of Danny, Don and Jared. I hope to be able to hire them again for other projects in my home. From the very first meeting, Danny from Direct Home Solutions was very professional and courteous. He was diligent with his research and showed a tremendous amount of determination to get the job done right. Him and his team were able to pull the building permits and get the job done in a very timely fashion. And the price was very fair. All in all, the laundry room was restored quickly and the tenants were pleased to see the laundry room back in order. I will definitely use Direct Home Solutions again for future jobs.

The did the job within time frame and budget.

The contractor, Direct Home Solutions did an excellent job in my house that is ready now for sell. They performed all the repairs such, roof cleaning and repair, exterior wood repairs, shower remodeling (tile replacement. light fixtures installation. Painting interior house, cleaning deck with press washer, Interior door adjustments. I recommend Home Direct Solutions to do any type of job at your house. So glad I found them, because they made possible to put my house in the market as was planned.

They painted the whole house (upstairs and downstairs), replaced baseboards in the entire downstairs, painted outside shutters, doors, and replaced bathroom fixtures. They pressure washed the driveway and vinyl siding. They moved all the furniture and cleaned up after themselves.The contractors were courteous and professional. My wife and kids felt comfortable around them. I have recommended Direct Home Solutions to several of my friends and they have similar experiences. I plan to use them again very soon to do some more drywall and carpentry work.

They were very friendly and punctual right from the start. When we met the first time for the estimation, they were able to quickly assess all the major issues of the house that needed attention. Each task was explained in detail to me which was important because it helped me see where my money was going. During the project, they were very respectful of my belongings and left my home cleaner than it was when they first arrived. The project was done on time and within budget. These guys are professionals and I am happy to refer them to others needing house work done.
