Amazing! Geoff spent about 3.5 hours scouring my new built home. After inspecting the "new" roof, he found extensive damage to approximately 2/3 of the roof. His report was extremely detailed and included pictures that my builder could use to make necessary repairs. His inspection saved me thousands of dollars in repair and replacement work. He even returned after the repairs were allegedly completed and indicated that they were still damaged. I plan on having him return at our 11 month warranty review so our builder fixes a new punch list. Geoff was extremely professional and performed an incredible inspection.

Geoff was very thorough and took his time looking in every nook and cranny of our new home. Our report was very detailed with pictures at every point of repair. It is going to help us going forward in the future as we live in our home knowing what needs to be attended to and repaired. He really helped us know everything about our home! I would definitely recommend him! He is honest, conscientious and hard working.

The inspection was very thorough and not one nook and cranny were missed! Geoff was detailed in his report with great pics with descriptions so the issues were clearly visible. He explained everything in detail and did not rush through it. It made you feel you were getting very personalized, yet professional service. I didn't end up purchasing that home but am close to making an offer on a new house and plan on using the Diggs Doctor again!

Geoff did a very thorough inspection and is very knowledgeable with regard to his industry.
