Description of Work: My realtor was J Towns. She oversold her abilities to perform her job. Most of the time she could be found in the mountains of Asheville with someone filling in for her. You feel like a ping pong ball and never know who is on deck. Mrs Towns has difficulties with using email, phone and basic computer skills and certainly my email seem to confuse her. Follow up is not consistent or good, she is not trustworthy and even said herself that she could be a snake if she needed to. I did not feel that I could trust her and kept most details close lipped for fear she would try to use any information to her advantage.

 + -1 moreMs. Lea did not show up for the appointment scheduled on 7-13-12, which she scheduled earlier the same day. Claimed that she called Centralized Showing Service 45 minutes into the showing time to say she was running late and wouldn't be showing up. Centralized Showing did not have a record of the call. Ms. Lea called Centralized Showing again on 7-13-12 in the evening to schedule for 7-14-12. We once again left the house and Ms. Lea never showed. She is extremely unprofessional and apparently does not understand how inconsiderate it is to schedule an appointment and then not show up. She wasted two days of our time and was not even considerate enough to make a phone call. She has a phone because she called to get our gate code and then still didn't show up. We even went to the extent of asking Centralized Showing to ask her to give us a courtesy call if she was not showing up and she still did not call.
Description of Work: Elizabeth Lea scheduled an appointment with Centralized Showing Service to view our home on 7/13/12 - no showScheduled again on 7/14/12 - no show

 + -1 moreThe "market analysis" performed by the agent was very poor. It mostly consisted of a price and listing of other homes for sale in our area. It was clear that she spent less than 10 minutes on this. The lack of attention to details was surprising given how bad the market is now and how much the agents need jobs now (I assume). She won't be getting my business.
Description of Work: I wanted an estimated price for selling our house.
