She also made some great suggestions on making small changes for a big impact on the flow and polish on our home. She was on-time, professional and very helpful. We would certainly hire her again for home staging ideas in the future.
Description of Work: Design consultant for our new house. Iris toured our house and made much needed suggestions on colors, furniture placement, window treatments, wall decorations, wall colors, and area rug treatments.

 + -1 moreTHERE IS AN AREA ON THE EAVE WHICH IS DISCOLORED AND HE DID NOT PAINT PART OF THE WOODWORK CLOSEST TO THE BRICK ALL THE WAY AROUND THE HOUSE. THE REST OF THE WORK LOOKS FINE, I HAVE NO PROBLEMS AND HE HAS BEEN WILLING TO COME BACK OUT A COUPLE OF TIMES, BUT I STILL FEEL THE PROBLEMS HAVE NOT BEEN CORRECTED.
Description of Work: HIRED FOR EXTERIOR PAINTING OF ALL WOOD ON HOUSE.
