Design Hardwood Flooring

Description of Work: I called Harvin to get an estimate on some wood trim work that I needed completed at my house. Harvin returned my call right away and promptly scheduled an appointment. Harvin was very punctual for the appointment and showed his professionalism from the beginning. Harvin closely examined the trim work issues that I had and was very careful to review everything in detail before commenting. What was so impressive was not only the expertise that he demonstrated, but also how honest and professional he was. Harvin gave a candid assessment of my situation and gave me multiple options to chose from - which I truly appreciated. What underscores his honesty, is that Harvin pointed me towards the least expensive of the options. He noted that he does not steer people in the wrong direction and will never seek profit this way. The option that Harvin recommended, and that I ended up going with involved specialized work which Harvin thought would be best completed by a dedicated worker in the trade. He was even able to recommend someone for me to contact for a quote. You can’t ask for better service than this – he wants the job done right and sees to it that he does everything possible to help the customer get this accomplished.

Description of Work: Floated concrete slab (leveled it out) to accept new glue-down engineered hardwood flooring. Installed new hardwood floors.
