Completed the two windows agreed at a fair price. Punctual and reliable. I will definitely employ this contractor again. He followed up to be sure the work was done satisfactorily. He cares about the craftsmanship and the customer.

The work was not expensive. It was around $20 a window so it was something outrageous on what I thought it was going to be. I use them for this and that, and that and this. His prices are reasonable and he does really good work. He is slow but it is done right. He is slow to get things done but he calls me back and lets me know what is going on. I’ve used them off and on for years.

His name is George Brown. He didn't charge as much as he should have. You should definitely use him. He is a perfectionist and he doesn't do it unless it is done absolutely right. He is not happy with it until it is right. He's good. It was raining real hard and he came at 2 in the morning and got up on my roof.

He was very creative in covering a hole where an air conditioner was. It looks like it has been there forever. This turned out nice. He was punctual. I thought it was reasonable and he was professional. It turned out very nice.

Everything is good. His prices are good. He has great customer service.

He was very nice, efficient, capable, and I would call him again.

He's coming back tomorrow. I was very pleased. It went perfect.

I scheduled 10 days ago. I am a very busy business person and had to take the day off to be here for the work to be performed. Called and said he was running late. Called a second time and said he'd give me a 50% discount. Then called back a 3rd time to say, "I can't make it until 10:15 or so but I decided you are not the type of person I want to work for because you aren't flexible. I prefer working for elderly because they are flexible."

Very well! George removed the old window and installed the new window and it's trim. Looks fabulous!

He is very neat, very kind, compassionate person, and we feel like he is apart of the family. He supplied everything and did all of the foot work.

He has not finished yet, but he has been the nicest and neatest help we have ever gotten. He is kind, courteous, and reasonable. He is very efficient and knowledgeable. He is going to be fixing a rotting board on our deck. I just told him what I wanted and he did it. I can not say enough good things about him.

He's a very polite person! Very satisfied!

I discussed the time limit on the job, and he did offer me a discount. He came out on a Sunday and was supposed to ring my buzzer because I have trouble hearing knocking, but they just knocked, left a note on the door, and left. He didn't return my calls the rest of that day. He told me he was having some health issues that would cause some strange behavior, which I took as a threat. He sent workers out to my home that he had told me were unstable. He came out to the job late today, and just disappeared after a half an hour. His worker showed us and started harassing me and cursing. I tried to calm him down, and went to go get some supplies to help him finish the job. When we came back from getting the supplies, the owner had come out and we had an altercation. They took their tools and left the job. He said he would call me, but at that point I told him he was fired.

They were prompt and came immediately after my call. I didn't think they were professional because they only repaired the locks and that was it! They left and never gave a reason for not repairing anything else!

He was really nice. His prices were good. We liked him and will use him again.

He never called back. He never called to say it was too much. I never heard from him.

HE DID A GREAT JOB.

I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM GEORGE AFTER HE CAME OUT TO LOOK AT THE PROPOSED JOB. HE WAS VERY NICE AND WE HAD A PLEASANT CONVERSATION, SO I AM NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED. I FINALLY CALLED HIM AND HE PROMISED TO GET BACK IN TOUCH, BUT NO FURTHER CONTACT HAS BEEN MADE. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THIS.

MR BROWN DID A NICE JOB ON OUR "PUNCH LIST" ITEMS. HE WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH, AND AGREEABLE TO TACKLE PROJECTS WE DISCOVERED AFTER HE COMPLETED HIS ORIGINAL JOB.

GEORGE IS A PERFECTIONIST SO THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK IS OUTSTANDING. HE WAS VERY COMFORTABLE WORKING WITH THE UNIQUE CHARACTERISTICS OF A 60 YEAR OLD HOME SUCH AS PLASTER WALLS AND ORIGINAL OAK FLOORING. HE OFFERED SUGGESTIONS, WAS VERY EASY WITH WHICH TO WORK, AND DEPENDABLE.
