Description of Work: They designed and built a fabulous three-tiered deck. I provided the materials. This cost was for labor. I was so impressed with the design I never could have imagined. This is what they do and they are the best at it.

Description of Work: Deckscapes seemlessly constructed a screened porch on an existing patio, which looked like it was built when the house was originally constructed. The finish was excellent and the craftmen used were professional, friendly and respectful. They took time to understand our needs and preferences to ensure that the end product was exactly what we were looking for. We have highly recommended them to our friends and neighbours.

WORKED WITH ROD ON DESIGN AND ESTIMATION OF JOB. CAME UP WITH A GREAT PLAN. WORKERS WERE VERY NICE AND OVERALL JOB CAME OUT GREAT WHEN IT WAS FINALLY FINISHED. HAD TO WAIT FOR THE DOOR TO BE INSTALLED. UPGRADED TO ANDERSON SLIDER, AND NOW HAVING PROBLEMS WITH IT. TALKED TO JOHN, THE OWNER, AND HE HAS NEVER COME OUT OR CALLED ME BACK TO RECTIFY THIS PROBLEM. PROMISED HE WOULD BE OUT THIS WEEK- STILL DID NOT SHOW UP. ALTHOUGH I LOVE THE DECK THEY BUILT, THEY KEEP BLOWING ME OFF ON ONE SIMPLE REQUEST I HAVE MADE TO FIX THE UPGRADED SLIDING DOOR. ALSO HAVE ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR ESTIMATE ON LATTICE, AND THEY HAVE NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS.
