Description of Work: Needed a sole repair on a pair of mens dress shoes. Repair looks great. I was happy they were able to repair the soles, and didn't try to talk me into a complete sole replacement which would have been much more expensive.

Description of Work: My husband had a pair of dress shoes with a scuffed toe and water damage . Dean's shoe repair repaired and shined his shoes. Great jog. I had them repair 2 pair of shoes (one pair the heels were scratched). They did a great job, a pleasure to work with and will definitely be taking more shoes over to Dean's for repair.

 + -1 moreI had a pair of Bass leather sandals with uppers in perfect condition, but with heels and soles that were crumbling. I took them into Dean's on a Monday to find out if it would be possible to replace the heels/soles. At first Moe (one of the owners) said no, but after looking at them more closly and literally picking the rest of the soles and heels off with his fingers, he said he could do it for $40. He advised that the heels/soles were made from a material that was popular several years ago (I've had the sandals since about 2000), but it doesn't hold up and isn't typically used any more. We arranged for me to pick up the repaired sandals on Thursday morning. When I returned, they were all finished and looked like new. The owners were very friendly and informative and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dean's and use them again.

 + -1 moreThey repaired all 3 pairs of shoes by the next day (brought them in at lunch on a Wed), and the 2 pairs of dress shoes were also shined. Great job! Will definitely use them again since they do the work onsite and much cheaper than the cleaners near my house. $10/pair isn't bad!

 + -1 moreSuper friendly, knowledgeable couple who runs the shop instantly recognized the quality of my boots and recommended a Vibram sole protector to protect against slippage and prevent the leather soles from wearing down due to wear and the elements. I dropped off the boots and picked them up within a few hours to find the sole protector expertly applied. In addition, the owner recommended a liquid version of mink oil that is far superior to any product I have ever used! I highly recommend them!!
Description of Work: Had them install a rubber sole protector to protect the leather soles of my cowboy boots from wearing down.
