+ 2 moreShawn is very knowledgeable in his field. He came over one weekend and very thoroughly pressure washed our entire deck in order to remove some heavier mold and some flaking paint. The next weekend he returned to sand down each board and make sure it was not "furry", worked on some boards that were a bit deteriorated by filling them and smoothing them out, and painted the deck with Sherwin William's Deckscapes paint. He was VERY attentive to detail and left no board untouched.
Description of Work: Pressure wash/Strip elevated deck, sand down rough areas, repair rotten wood, apply several coats of stain.

+ -1 moreCame to my as promised for the estimate, showed up on time with supplies and completed the work on time with no problems.
Description of Work: Shawn and his crew showed up on time, stuck to the scheudle and left my home as I found it, except for a newly painted floor and ceiling. No spills, no mess, no problems. It's refeshing to find a contractor who can tell time and the truth. An unusal combination these days. I was on vaction while the work was completed. Shawn will be back at my home.
