Description of Work: Had trouble scheduling at first and had to reschedule the first appointment because they were running late and I had to go to work, but when he did get here the second time he did a great job getting both drains running again, and was very clean and neat about it. Would definitely use Hefners again!

+ 0 moreThe son came to my home to quote the project. He reviewed everything and made suggestions. He promised to check with his father on pricing and send me a quote. I believe they called me to follow up but I missed the call. I called back and requested the quote be faxed or emailed. The quote was never received. Since I wasn't going forward with the project due to cost restraints, I did not follow up again.
Description of Work: Requested quote on installing gas logs and possibly gas water heater.

+ -1 moreDaniel Hefner, Michael and Houston were all amazing. They were courteous, punctual and very capable. They did a great job and were enjoyable to be around. I worked mostly with Michael (who's FABULOUS), but Daniel never had a problem lending a helping hand when necessary. They are also very honest and fair which is very hard to find these days.
Description of Work: Plumbed my entire house, installed appliances including ice machine and installed a water softener.

DANIEL AND HIS HELP DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, MAKING SURE THEY KEPT OUR HOUSE NEAT AND CLEAN AND TOLD US EVERYTHING THEY WERE DOING. WE DISCOVERED A TINY PIN HOLE LEAK IN THE SOLDER JOINT AND THEY CAME THE NEXT DAY AFTER OUR CALL AND FIXED THE TINY LEAK IN A MATTER OF MINUTES. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. A++ AGAIN.

+ -1 moreTHE INSTALLERS WERE 3 HOURS LATE. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN CALLED AT WORK AND TOLD THEY WERE RUNNING LATE. THEY WERE ON THE OPPOSITE END OF TOWN AND COULD HAVE CALLED ME AS THEY WERE LEAVING THE JOB PRIOR TO MINE. I LOST 3 HOURS OF WORK. THEY DELIVERED A DENTED WATER HEATER AND AS MINE WAS ALREADY UNHOOKED AND REMOVED BY THE TIME THEY UNBOXED THE NEW UNIT, I HAD THEM GO AHEAD AND PUT THE DAMAGED UNIT IN. THE OWNER DIDN'T APPRECIATE MY REQUEST FOR A REDUCTION ON PRICE, BUT THEN I WAS EXPECTING A PERFECT WATER HEATER AND NOT ONE THAT LOOKED LIKE A SECOND. I WAS TOLD THAT THE APPEARANCE WOULDN'T AFFECT THE FUNCTIONALITY. THE WELDS WERE NEAT AND THE INSTALLERS SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT INSTALLING.
