 + 0 moreHORRIBLY! Super hi pressure sales, talk a good game but do horrible job! We've had 3 other services here & they are all stunned at the incompetent job that was done. ALL lower branches taken off, bush removed without permission, none of the upper portions of the trees were thinned out (which is 1 of the things they said they'd do. We were considering removing a tree but wanted to discuss it 1stbso they stopped all work (having 3 other unfinished trees) &bsaid they would be back next day. Texted them to say no to removal but wanted rest of job completed. They NEVER returned! They drove bucket truck over 3 areas on front lawn causing major damage that they said they would repair... Again, they never returned . Ronnie the salesman wanted cash so he could keep $400 for himself & wrote receipt for total minus his $400. These guys are liars & theives & dont have a clue about how to trim trees.

 + -1 moreThis is a new review after the disaster caused by the previous foreman On 5/18/20, Ronnie, the new foreman, came to my home and completed the job as was originally agreed upon. Ronnie and his crew spent a good portion of the day busting their butts to be done before the rain began. They would have been done faster if one of their pieces of equipment didn't keep breaking down.

 + 0 moreTwo people from the staff showed up Friday to evaluate the job and see what was needed. They removed the tree from our home and assisted in securing the building not to mention clear a way to the back storage building. Saturday morning bright and early the crew showed up with cranes, skid loaders, bucket trucks and chippers to remove the tree and hull it away. I am still trying to take it all in as the staff at D & R Landscaping and Tree Service not only removed the tree that fell into my home but was very concerned about the family and structure as well. I am so blessed to have hired them to correct people to help my family.
