Not well........When a provider is offering a "Big Deal" they should be advised to be prepared for a "mass booking". They should accept what they know they can reasonably provide WITH good service and cut the "Deal" off !!!! This possibly would alleviate frustration and inferior service for all.

This was a wonderful deal! Dinorah showed up on time, and was very nice to our kids who were heading off to school. We have a small, friendly dog and she was also very sweet with him and allowed him to stay inside while she worked. She got right down to business, and four hours later you could eat off nearly every surface of our home. We couldn't be more pleased, and we're hoping to have her clean a relative's home for the holidays as well.

.This was a BIG DEAL deal. Due to a huge response I could only get serviced early in the month; would have preferred to have service later on but Dinorah was swamped. Essentially this is a one person operation, possibly two when her husband is available. Dinorah works hard but leaves many areas unattended. My home is very large but I limited the cleaning to master bath, bedroom, kitchen, second bedroom, office area (basically just vacuuming) and secondary bath.The bathrooms were cleaned reasonably although I don't know what products were used and the secondary bathroom had a sour unpleasant odor after cleaning that was not present before and may have been due to a combination of cleaning products. High dusting (top of armoire) was hit or miss and mostly miss and there were still cobwebs on the kitchen window. A step ladder would have been a big plus. The kitchen counters were not completely wiped down and there was still buildup behind the sink fauctets. Her Dyson is amazing and a great benefit to her business.

In short, we are very happy. D&J was very punctual. They cleaned everything we asked and even cleaned the baseboards, cleaned under other objects, etc. I don't think my house has been this clean in a long time!

Dinorah was excellent. She arrived on time and got straight to work. She brings her own supplies and new vacuum cleaner. She is a pleasure to have around the house . Her work is thorough and you don't have to remind her to do anything. I would definately have her back again.

We responded to an Angie's List "good deal" coupon. Our experience with Dinorah was excellent. She is very pleasant and she worked steadily and effectively after she arrived. She did an excellent job and we are very pleased with her in all respects. We will certainly contact her again.

She called and set up the appt. Showed on time. It was like watching a whirlwind come in and clean. She asked me to check behind her and offered to reclean anything she had missed or didn't clean up to par (which she didn't). I would definitely use her again when I had a big event to planned or didn't have time.

The owner worked on my house herself. She was on time and prepared. She had many of her own supplies, which is something that my last house cleaner never had. She worked straight for the scheduled time, and now my place looks much better.

Dinorah is incredible. She arrived on time, and proceeded to zip through the whole house leaving it absolutely sparkling. She picked up little things to clean under and around them, and moved big furniture to get under and around it also. I've had other people clean the house before after I return from a long trip, but I'm sticking with Dinorah from now on.

She did a very great job. She worked hard and did a good job.

I took advantage of the Angie deal for intro to the company. They were able to schedule a visit rather quickly and they did an excellent job.

It all went smoothly, as I described above.

We took advantage of The Big Deal from D&S Services. The owner (Dinorah) was very responsive to our need for moderate cleaning and performed all the work herself. She was punctual and her work was very thorough, detailed, and quick. She cleaned bathrooms, dusted furniture, cleaned interior window shutters/blinds, cleaned wood floors, and vacuumed. She is very personable and helpful. She even offered much appreciated advice/tips on furniture cleaning and care! Her goal is for the customer to relax and let her take care of your house cleaning needs. We are very satisfied and will use D&S in the future!

Although I have listed a few below, there are simply too many projects/services that D&J have provided me over the years to describe here. Overall, their work is excellent. They are efficient, professional, and provide work of the highest quality while demonstrating an extraordinarily strong work ethic. It is very reassuring to know that I can call on them to provide work of the highest caliber.. I have used D&J for 4 1/2 years. I learned about them through a referral when I first relocated to town and needed help unpacking. Since then, they have become my "go to" resource. In addition to providing housecleaning services every two weeks, I have come to rely on them for almost every project that comes up. An example: I have a large living room/ breakfast room/kitchen area (@ 42 feet X 27) with 10 foot ceilings. There are many pieces of art handing on the walls. Despite this, Dinorah painted the entire space in ONE DAY. To do so, she had to work around the art, kitchen cabinets and numerous (and heavy) furniture. As always, her work was impeccable. A few examples of other projects:they have performed: -Organizing all closets. After the Master Bedroom was finished, 17 bags of clothes, shoes and handbags were donated to Goodwill. It was a liberating feeling. -Organizing large storage room off of garage. As with other organizational projects, they just tackle it without my involvement. When they are done, I review the results and am able to make quick decisions about what to keep, toss and donate. -Jose installed a handrail on the steps leading from the garage to house. He obtained the railing and other necessary hardware. The handrail is extremely sturdy. There is no way it can be pulled off the wall. -Moving furniture from one room to the next. Dinorah has a great design sense so she also provides valuable suggestions for replacement. -General handyman services: changing light bulbs in 10 ft ceilings; changing exterior bulbs; wiring my front porch lights to operate on a timer added to the light switch, etc. Summary: D&J Services is terrific!.

D & J came into my home and provided a thorough cleaning of my entire home. They had told me no job was to small or to large. They sat down with me prior to the actual cleaning appointment and went over my needs & desires and provided me a quote. They answered all my questions and tailored my cleaning "package" accordingly. I was and am impressed with their professionalism and will gladly use them again and again.
