Description of Work: I had a very positive experience with D and J Services.I requested Jose's presence because I wanted to him to be able to move and clean under and behind a major appliance.Before we even began the work,I had to reschedule a date and then Jose had to rearrange one of his jobs..So we finally approved a date that would work for both of us.Jose was very prompt ,courteous,and professional at all times.He did an excellent job.in the kitchen.It actually did take him 2 hrs to do this room because it was very dirty and had not been cleaned for a while.He cleaned the outside of all appliances,dusted and used Murphy's oil on the kitchen cabinets (they looked almost new) He scoured the counter tops,top of stove,sink,and kitchen floor.It was amazing how much better the room looked.He moved the fridge,vacuumed and mopped under it.He cleaned the baseboard when mopping the floors. He was extremely efficient and worked very hard to clean this room and I was very pleased.His helper Angelica also did a wonderful job..The dining room and den were still very messy .That was my fault..because I had not finished putting everything away.She took the initiative to vacuum,dust, and helped put things in some sort of order so the room would not be so messy..I was pleased with her work also.

+ -1 moreCleaning was fine. But at the end of the cleaning, she was vacuuming in the living room and over the fireplace hearth and her vacuum accidentally pulled up and broke a hearth tile. If she had admitted it to me at the time, we could have opened the vacuum bag, retrieved the broken tile parts and glued it back together. But she didn't. So I had to hire a handyman to replace the tile.

+ -1 moreJose and Angelique did an amazing job on the areas that I asked them to clean. Which included 2 full baths, living room, hall, entry, kitchen, dining room and bonus room. My house was in desperate need of cleaning and they made it look like new. I plan on setting up a monthly appointment with them.
Description of Work: I contacted Jose in November and he came out and did a walk though of the house and gave me a quote. I made an appointment for them to come back and clean on 12/20. Jose and Angelique arrived promptly at 9:30 am. I offered the cleaning supplies I had if needed but they also brought some of their own. They dove right into the cleaning and did not slow down. Extremely thorough. My hardwood floors are gleaming. The counters in the kitchen are very clean and the ceramic top stove is shiny.

Description of Work: We could not have been happier with this service! Came in-got right to the job after explaining what they would do and went to it. I wish I could paint so perfectly around things and never slip up with the brush that way. My bathroom was painted in three hours and it was just beautifully done. You could not tell anyone was here! There was no mess left behind, Period! Totally spotless. A very Very Professional Job. We are so truly happy with this service. You must use them if you need any painting done at all. What a great deal offered by Angie's List once again!

+ -1 moreI would say that the cleaning was much more of a surface clean. I was not expecting a deep clean but i would have expected all surfaces to be dusted. Nothing was moved it was just dusted around. If you need a quick clean i would recommend.

+ -1 moreA team of three came to our house to clean. 2 woman and a man, they divided our 2 story house and conquered! they arrive when they said they would, took a walk through with me to discuss specifics as to what we needed done and got down to business. Each had their own cleaning supplies and they worked efficiently. I will say our master bath ( which was the first one I went in to ) absolutely sparkled. Overall I was impressed with their service would recommend

+ -1 moreThis painter was awesome! She was extremely punctual and got right to work moving furniture with gliders. Then she painted two coats, with perfect lines at the ceiling. She was finished in only 3-1/2 hours total and did a perfect job! She quoted two other bedrooms, and is extremely reasonable. This was the most hassle free experience that I could imagine. I would HIGHLY recommend her to everyone that I know.

+ -1 moreThe company sent one person for the job. She was very friendly, and got right down to work. We did not realize this at the time, but the more doors, the more work. We had 6 doors in this one long hallway, making a lot more work, but she was fine with it. She just explained it could take a little longer. Three hours and two coats of fresh paint later, the hall was done. She even showed us where she painted little touches over the previous paint job which was red, where the previous painter got a little on the wood moulding. She cleaned up any drops or marks, and left the hall exactly as it was except much lighter and brighter!!! Great experience.
