There were two people cleaning. My home is approximately 3,000 sf. I have 3 full baths and 5 bedrooms. I had just had the carpets professionally cleaned so they didn't have to vacuum. The gentleman cleaned the bathrooms and the kitchen counters while the woman wiped down the blinds and that is about all she did. He did a good job in the bathrooms, they were clean when they left however they did not get to finish the floors in the kitchen. They ran out of time. I'm not sure why the woman was there. She seemed to only wipe down 14 wooden slatted shades and wipe off my glass coffee tables and end table (not clean with glass cleaner) in two hours.

They did an excellent job. They cleared out an organized shelving, and the entire workbench (which was a mess). And cleaned up behind themselves. Will hire them again. Well worth it.

We needed the house to be cleaned for houseguests that were arriving that weekend. Jose & his crew did an excellent job cleaning all of the major areas of the house. The bathrooms were impeccible when he was finished! They cleaned areas we didn't realize were dirty because we live here every day. I would definately use them again, maybe in the near future.

They quoted 300 dollars for cleaning our house. They wanted more money on top of the coupon. So I only had them clean a certain area of the house. They were professional. The cleaning service was excellent. The pricing was high.

They did a good job. They painted them well. They did it efficiently, quietly, quickly, and neatly. They put everything back where it was suppose to be.

Everything went well. She stayed longer than was expected as she wanted to do a good job and do the job right. She noticed that the trim was not the right color and waited until we got back with the correct color and painted trim work that was not originally discussed. We were very pleased with the service that we received. I would use again.

I really liked the way they cleaned up. Really punctual. I even bought a couple of frames to put in the kitchen and garage. And they really fixed up pretty quickly. They really knew what they were doing.

She was alone on Monday and spent most of the day removing borders and prepping the walls by repairing cracks and holes. On Tuesday another guy joined her and they were able to get the designated rooms painted. At the last minute i decided to have an extra room that was dark blue painted and was going to schedule that for another day in the future. She decided to stay late and paint the room (3 coats) that same day so I wouldn't have to wait several weeks to get back on the schedule. They did an excellent job. Very professional and courteous.

I called and spoke to Jose and met him at the property a couple days later to get him to quote the job of painting the interior of a rental townhome. He took a few minutes to look around and then was able to provide me with a quote on the spot. The price was about 30% lower than another quote I had gotten. They were actually able to start the job one day early. They did a great job and left the place in a clean manner.I would definitley recommend Jose to family and friends.

I do not remember having any issues with them other than maybe they were a little pricier than I wanted so the next time I ended up going with a different company that was less expensive. As far as the job that they did, it was fine. I was selling my house so I wanted detailed cleaning to be done and keep it looking in great condition. If I was in North Carolina I would use them again.

I purchased the "Big Deal" for 4 hours of cleaning for $75. I called about a week after I purchased the deal. The person on the phone asked me to email him so he could call me back because he could not speak at that time. I emailed him and did not receive a response. One week later I called again to ask about scheduling the cleaning. He didn't remember speaking to me and did not acknowledge my email to him. I had to schedule the cleaning for two weeks out because that was the first availability. They arrived about 10 minutes early. I showed them the house and they started cleaning. They stayed a little over two hours. I was not impressed with the quality of work. There was still dust on my bedroom furniture and I noticed they didn't dust a few other pieces of furniture throughout my house as well. I will not use this company again. I just hired a different cleaning service and they did an excellent job.

I called and scheduled the job. They arrived on time, did what I asked for and more. They did a great job. I would recommend and use them again.

Not sure of the exact hours .. but they work quickly and efficently.

It went well. They moved furniture. My daughter had a lot of nail holes and bigger holes in the walls, the patched it all up no problem. They took care of everything from beginning to end. Repainted and caulked the baseboards! I am going to use D & J painting again for my painting in my home,

We tried these services on a Big Deal promotion. We were pleased enough to hire them on a regular basis. Unlike other cleaning services we previously tried, which ranged from nightmarish to fair, D&J Services was very thorough. We also thought they were very professional as well. Highly recommended.

Good job, but I think they are overbooked and thus missed a few nail holes and a couple of sections I had to point out to be redone. I just felt that it was a rushed job.

I contacted the owner by email at first and got NO response. I then called and spoke with Jose. I then, per his request sent him the information on how to get inside a vacant rental property to give me an estimate for the cleaning. Next day - I did not hear back. The next day he emails me and states that he did go to the house, but it would be 22 more days before he could do the job and I should probably call someone else ????? Strange, very strange. I had told him I was going out of town & this was a job I needed done this week, prior to him going to the house. I had not bothered to call or contact any other company figuring I would use them, as the interior would need some painting as well.......plus he had an Angie's List Deal I had intended on purchasing. This was a very frustrating situation and HIGHLY unprofessional. He did not respond to my email regarding "what's the deal" why did you even bother to go if it would be 22 days before you could fit it in. He never gave me an estimate either. Do you think he ever went to the house ? I don't know. Debbie Smith
