Description of Work: We purchased a Angie's List deal for this company, and tried repeatedly to schedule a cleaning of our house. We never received a phone call back from the company. I cannot recommend anyone to use them as there are significant concerns about their willingness to perform services that are advertised on Angie's List.

Description of Work: Jose is a great guy to work with. They bid on a fairly large paint and ceiling popcorn removal project in a 6200 sq ft house that we bought. Their price was fair but they delivered really more value that I expected. Mario, one of their guys was so thorough and communicated all during the project. We ran into a few unexpected snags and they handled it with a change order which I thought was more than fair.

Description of Work: WE had them perform a 4 hour cleaning. They were very thorough and take great care of our things and wishes. I would use their services soon.

Description of Work: They came to clean my house and were on time. They also asked me if there was anything in particular that needed attention. I wasn't expecting that (in a good way) but told them that my daughter's room would be a good place to start because she has dust allergies. Everything was cleaned very thoroughly and they even made her bed and arranged the stuffed animals (a feat unto itself!). Overall, I was very satisfied with their work! -brandon

Description of Work: They arrived right on time, took the time to walk through my home with me to understand what I wanted done. I had an unusaual request to clean the bottoms of the shower curtains and clean the baseboards-which they did. They also cleaned out the drain in my master sink that was clogged with hair--way above and beyond in my book! The did a good job cleaning in the 2 hours they were there. I would consider this a standard clean with a couple of extras-not a real deep clean (which is appropriate for the size of house, time and money). They even organized my kids rooms a little and straightened some of the clutter. I am planning to use them again and would recommend them to others. They were both very pleasant and managed around my need to work while they were cleaning.

Description of Work: Jose and his assistant Angelica spent 2 1/2 hours in my home and did an excellent job. He and his wife own the company. He was intelligent, courteous and professional, they brought all their own supplies and worked efficiently. I spent $89 on an Angie's List special deal, but I felt his quote for continuing the service monthly was a bit high. He agreed to leave out a couple of rarely used bedrooms in exchange for a slight lowering of price, so I am planning to use D&J regularly now.

Description of Work: Full house cleaning including dusting blinds. Our experience was amazing. Jose and his sister-in-law came to our house and four hours later it sparkled. Our entire house has blinds on the windows and they dusted every one. The kitchen was spotless and the three baths sparkled and smelled clean. We tried another company after this one and they charged the same amount but didn't measure up at all. Yesterday we booked a regular appointment with D&J. When Jose left, he called us about ten minutes later to tell us he was coming back because he forgot to put the rugs back in the master bath. He had left them off the floor until it dried. We told him that wasn't necessary and put them back ourselves. The other company put them back on the floor when it was still wet and one with a rubber backing was stuck to the floor. I would highly recommend this company!

Description of Work: Man and woman were here for almost 2 hours. They cleaned & mopped foyer, living room, dining room, large den, bathroom (about 950 square feet). At my request, the stone fireplace was well-vacuumed and mud under a loosened half-round molding at the kitchen sink floor was scraped up (I clean kitchen floor with steam machine) . Dust and dog hair are the main issues and they removed lots of that even though my big dog wanted to play. Glass double-doors were cleaned and window interiors were cleaned. Many prints and mirrors were cleaned. Two tall bookcases were cleaned and dusted. Exterior door and storm door were dusted. Entry door base plate was very clean (1st time in a while).

Description of Work: WOW! I could not be more impressed with the cleaning service I received today! I own a condo that was just vacated by a tenant who left the place filthy. After D&J came and worked their magic, the condo is now squeaky clean! I was also in a bind and needed the place cleaned quickly, and Jose worked me into his packed schedule to accommodate me. I will definately use this company again!
