Description of Work: David and his highly competent crew installed new drywall upstairs to hide old, ugly popcorn ceilings. They also painted most of the interior of our home with great skill, patience, and cooperativeness, completing extra details that we requested. They are beginning to paint the exterior as I write, and I know that they will do an excellent job. We recommend D&D without hesitation, and they are easy and fun to work with. This is the second time they have done significant work for us, and we would hire them again in a minute! Their charges are reasonable.

Description of Work: I had several 6 ft cracks in the ceiling. They repaired and painted the ceiling in the kitchen and family room.

Description of Work: They Sheet rocked a 12x24' building. They cut a wire so, the electrician had to find and do rewiring. Drywall was not taped between sidewall and ceiling. After sanding, they just left and didn't clean up a huge mess!!

Description of Work: David met me on 9/9 to give me an estimate for the drywall repair in the garage of the condo. We negotiated a fair price and he agreed to do the work that day. He arrived that afternoon and repaired the broken drywall and bent corner piece. After finishing the repaired area he spot painted and cleaned up the area.

Description of Work: I wanted to provide a good review of this company, because they were punctual and responsive. Even though we did not use their services, the owner, Dennis, was very friendly and provided a competitive price. His price was just a little bit more than a competitors bid, but it was good bid and I wanted to thank him for his time and attention to our project.

Description of Work: They drywalled approx., 1000 sq. feet. They were quick, prompt and trustworthy. They did very good work and I actually had to have them come back a couple of times to help me with some specific areas. They always responded and never seemed or appeared like they felt put out. Other trades who came in after them complimented them on their work and I am sure they are getting calls from this as I am never shy to pass on a great company when I find em.

Description of Work: We called D&D Drywall in an attempt to gather an estimate on what it would cost to drywall the home we are currently building as DIY'ers. Mr. Garcia was prompt in arriving when he said he would, but he never provided us with a quote even after three weeks and several requests. It's wonderful when a company has such a full plate that it can turn down work, but to completely ignore us after visiting our home is unacceptable. A simple word that he was not able to help us out would have gone a long way.

Description of Work: Dennis' crew was professional and knowledgeable. They were receptive of my ideas and politely let me know if something may be far-fetched, but they would go through with your ideas at your own discretion. They laid some drywall on my garage, finished the garage, painted it and put the baseboard on. They also added a portion of wall to enclose the water heater and they left an opening so that I can place plantation shutter closet doors. I am very happy overall with their job. As an engineer, I did find some cosmetic issues I had to fix, but they actually came in 2 different occasions to finish the job just like I wanted it.

Description of Work: I called D&D to have some minor home repairs, painting, and pressure washing. The man that came out to give me the quote, Dennis, was very professional and made me feel that I could trust his company. He did not do the job, and the worker that he sent for the first day did not seem to know what he was doing. It was difficult to communicate with him. He did the pressure washing, and we saw that he was using straight beach! It ruined some of my plants and left the permanent spots on the vinyl siding. We made him dilute it after he had already done 1/2 the house. The second day, a different worker came. The painting done was sloppy, areas that were spackled were not sanded before being painted over. We called to speak to a supervisor about the work, no one ever came to inspect the work. I was frustratreted and ended up using someone else to correct the problems.
