Denis Garcia was a pleasure to work with. D & D gave us the best quote for the job and we are very happy with the workmanship of the finished dry wall. They were punctual ,courteous and professional. After we primed the drywall we found a few spot that needed touch up (which is normal) and Denis came out promptly and refinished them (this was after he had been paid). Highly recommended.

We have an old house with cracked and uneven plaster on the ceilings. Rather than repair plaster which continues to crack we had Dennis put drywall on the ceilings in living room, dining room, a bed room, and bath room. He completed the job to the sanded phase so that we could paint it ourselves. The ceilings look 100% better. Dennis did a good job and was completed on time. The price was very good. This type of work is very messy so I recommend anyone getting something like this done should tape and cover all vents, windows, doors, and rooms before the sanding phase. We were pleased and would use Dennis again.

Dennis is very responsive and easy to work with. He did a great job of working around the less than adequate job that the framing contractor did. He completed the job in 3 days as promised.

Dennis did a wonderful job. It took less than three days. They were on time, worked steady and cleaned up after themselves. He followed up on his work.

The drywall is not smooth. There are several areas that needed to be sanded and finished. There are spots where the drywall is crooked and molding will not fit properly.

Mr. Rodriguez arrived promptly at the scheduled time to provide the estimate. While he provided an estimate on the spot--but did not provide it in writing (causing us to have to contact him to ask questions about possible adjustments. He arrived on scheduled date and time and we were told it would be a 3 consecutive day process. He arrived over an hour later than scheduled on Day 2 and on Day 3 I had to call him at 11:30 AM (he was scheduled to arrive at 9 AM) to check his plans and at that time he informed me that he was going to come the following day to allow for drying. While I did not have a problem with the wait--I did have a problem with being told it was 3 consecutive days and then having to contact him to find out he was not coming!

Denis, was great. He came over the next day after we spoke to give an estimate and was ready to start the job the next day. He showed up when he was supposed to and did the job in the time he said he would. He had one other guy that worked with him. After he finished he had to come back to patch some areas and second coat some areas that he missed, but we didn't have our lights installed yet so he was working with natural light. After he came back to fix, there were still a couple minor areas I wasn't happy with, but overall, it was a good experience.

Fabulous! Dennis was very professional. He was prompt in meeting with me about the estimate and his numbers were very fair. He made sure to check with me throughout the progress of the project, how I felt about the work being done, and when I changed the scope of the project a little he was more than willing to accommodate. They were very clean and made sure to clean up at the end of each day, and took extra effort to make sure the drywall dust didn't spread throughout the house. My only complaint was that they didn't always show up as early as I thought they would, but everything was completed on schedule and within budget.

From the first phone call until the job was finished, Dennis and his crew were true professionals. He always returned my phone calls quickly. He and his crew started and finished when they said they would. They came back and pointed up the areas that needed a little extra attention, which finished off the job perfectly. I can't say enough good things about Dennis Garcia, his crew, their customer service, and attention to detail. I am a realtor and will definitely continue to use and recommend Dennis Garcia and D & D Drywall.

Dennis was punctual for our estimate time, and he was on time for the first scheduled days of the work. The job was a little more complicated than he at first anticipated so we had to schedule additional time for him to finish. Fitting this time into his schedule was difficult, but he managed to return and finish the job and even gave me a discount because of the time delay.

Dennis and his helper did a great job. You will not go wrong with this company.
