I selected this provider based on Angie's List reviews. However, I cannot get them to call me back. I have called FIVE times over the last two weeks - still waiting for a call!

Dealing with very professional company was so easy. I faxed them my testing notice from the county, they came and tested, and filed all paperwork.

We were given a list from the city of approved inspectors. Chose D and D. They let us know when they would be out and to fax the paperwork to them. We did they completed it after our inspection and filed it for us. Called for follow up.

The work performed by Dand D was very professional and reasonably priced. I've used them for years and would never think of changing to anyone else. They call a few weeks ahead of time each year to schedule the testing (you don't need to be present) and always complete the work as promised. They are very pleasant to deal with and very accommodating.

Great experience overall. They were very friendly, courteous, and professional. I had about a week to get my unit tested before it was past due and D and D Backflow was able to work me into their schedule quickly. They came out (I did not have to be there) and did the test and submitted the results to the city of Charlotte. I was very pleased with their service and price. I plan on using them again next year.

My inspection was overdue, and Dand D was able to work me into their schedule very quickly. I did not have to be home while they did the work. They were very prompt and courteous over the phone. The company takes care of sending the report in to the city and will also call me next year when it's time for me to have my next inspection done. Their prices were very reasonable compared to others I called for quotes, and I will definitely use them again in the future!
