Any defective part will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion. He did not refund my money after 4 months of asking. EXCUSES EXCUSES.
Description of Work: When we paid him...he never delivered our door. We asked for a refund in December and he only paid back less than half thus far. He says there is an office but there is no office. When i asked for the number he never answers or give me a number. He seems to keep coming up with excuses on when he is to refund our money. It is now the 4th time he has delayed. I dont know how everyone else feels...but this person i will NEVER do business with nor recommend his services if my life depended on it. Lies lies and complete unprofessionalism. I am still waiting on the rest of the money i gave him. PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK

This provider took our money and went off to Chicago for the summer and never delivered the door that we paid for. We reached out to the company several times and the only thing you get is an answering service. The answering service then has the sales rep that we were dealing with to call us back every time. We were suspicious of this and wondering why every time we call we could never get anyone and we could never speak to a manager or supervisor. Well come to find out the sales rep happened to be the owner of this company who is coming around to our neighborhood taking people for their money and not delivering doors. It is a two man business and his partner is the person that installs the doors. We called and spoke to the partner about this and expressed how unhappy we are that we cannot seem to get in touch with his boss to get our money back. The only thing the partner had to say was he has no knowledge about what his boss does with the money. We were advised by the sales rep (who also happens to be the owner of this company) that we will be receiving our money back for the services that were not rendered and we have yet to see our money. We have been calling this guy and he does not answer our calls and he has ran off to Chicago for the summer he says doing business selling more doors. He is in Chicago taking more people money. I would not encourage anyone to use this provider for any business. This company and this guy is a scam. He let on to have us believe that he just works for this company but he is actually the person in charge of the business, and he also works for direct television he advised. I am not sure how true anything is that he told us. Please be aware of Dion Brooks and his company.

1. Dion showed us a brochure from GW Trapp Company, but the door that was installed was from Fox Weldoor. He pulled the same thing with a neighbor across the street, and another 4 houses down in my new home community. My neighbor across the street refuses to order from him now, and the neighbor 4 houses down cancelled the lay away deposit check they gave him that day after to talking to us about what we have gone through. 2. We paid for the door IN FULL. We were told that it would get there in 2-3 weeks. We ordered the door on June 1, 2014, and the door wasn't installed until middle to end of July 2014!! 3. The door was not installed by Dion himself, but a 3rd party general contractor. The contractor was supposed to be at our house between 6-8 pm on the Friday it was installed. He didn't show up until 9:30 pm - we were at our neighbor's house across the street waiting for him to show up... 4. The door was the WRONG DOOR!! We called Dion the next day (Saturday after it was installed) to ask why this happened, and why we were given the wrong door. Dion came up with the excuse that he is no longer doing business with GW Trapp Company, that GW Trapp was being bought out by Fox Weldoor, and that he will have Fox Weldoor custom make the door we really wanted. 5. When threatening him to call back with the option of giving us our money back and taking the door back, giving us half off the door that we didn't order, or getting us the door we want, he finally called back a little belligerent. I explained to him that we can go to the BBB or small claims and settle this. He told me that me that he would make things right and get us the door we wanted, even it it had to be custom made, at NO additional cost to us. I told him that to honor his agreement to make things right, he would have to call us every week with a status update on the build of the new door. He called and left a message on Friday, August 15 with an update that it was being built, but we haven't heard from him since. 6. The contact information in this posting on Angie's List is WRONG. He is not at that address per the order form he filled out and gave to us. 7. We have told the sales agent for our community about his bad dealings, and she is notifying other residents to steer clear of him. If he tells you that he knows the sales agents, don't believe him!! He doesn't know any of the sales agents in our new home community... 8. He works for DirectTV, and does this job on the side. This is not a full-time business for him. When you call him, it will either go to voicemail, or to this "answering service". We figured since he works for DirectTV, he must be an upstanding guy. Not the case, it seems.
Description of Work: Dion will come to your door in your community, and try to sell you a storm door at a competitive price. He will offer up a lay away service just in case you are tight on cash to buy the door outright.

anIt is now Jan. 23, and the salesman said it would be another week. I'm very disappointed. They will give me $50 credit, but I told then that I will not be purchasing a doggy door from them. I tried to not use one of the big chains, but I would have been better off going with one of them. The salesman was very nice and apologetic, but the company does not stand behind his word. I don’t blame him at all.
Description of Work: I ordered a door from them on Dec. 14, 2013, and was told that it would arrive in approximately 3 weeks.

Description of Work: Ordered storm door Sep 13th 2013 still have not received the door and always had to contact Dione to get an update, Dione left a note on my door to say the door was on a shipment and that their office will call me. Last week he said the door arrived and that the office was going to call for installation, either way none of it happened. Very disappointed with the service and after reading reviews from other sites I wish I had before giving him my money.
