+ -1 moreOne room had not been wired properly when the house was being built and was discovered at activation. It took 4 phone calls and over a month for the problem to be corrected. We have no problems with the service itself.
Description of Work: Signed up for monthly security for $81 month. House was prewired by builder.

Description of Work: HAD AN ENTIRE SECURITY SYSTEM INSTALLED DURING A MAJOR RENOVATION/ADDITION. JOB INCLUDES MOTION DETECTORS, GLASS BREAKS, DOOR ALARMS, AND SMOKE/FIRE DETECTORS. SEVERAL PROBLEMS WITH THE SYSTEM AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS, NOT TOO IMPRESSED.
