Glenn, was exceptional. He was thorough, attentive to detail, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He advocated for concerns I raised and ensured they were addressed by my builder. His detailed inspection report was delivered promptly, allowing me to use it effectively during negotiations and before my orientation. Highly recommend!
