From start to finish the whole process went wonderfully! Carol's follow up was excellent. She is very nice, competent, professional. She and her team staged my urban bungalow so perfectly I wanted to buy my own house. Start to finish was perfection.

Carol never showed and I never received a callback from the company to apologize and/or reschedule. That's a very unprofessional trait for a business to have and shows very little regard for my needs and the services the provice.

I was unsure whether to use a stager to prepare my house for sale, but it sure made a difference. I first purchased 1.5 hours of Carol's time to walk through my house and make recommendations for preparing the house for sale. At the end of the walk-through, I had a list of 37 things that I needed to do -- from updating my outside light to installing granite countertops in my kitchen. Once I had made most of the changes Carol recommended, I then used her services to and quot;stageand quot; the house for sale. She and her crew actually brought in their own furniture (using some of mine) to decorate the house. She must know what she's doing -- my house sold in 10 days -- for the asking price. I'm sure staging had a hand in the sale.

Carol was wonderful and extremely insightful. Of all the money I spent preparing my home for selling, Carol's advice made the biggest difference. She was awesome. Can't say enough. Definitely recommended.
