Punctual, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I received good advice about software and programs that I use, and ones that were recommended, but a little pricey. They returned to solve a problem, immediately.

These guys were great. Lots of patience in explaining what they found, what they were doing, and why they were doing it. They provided good demonstrations of how the new system worked and addressed our concerns. They provided guidance as to how to avoid similar problems in the future. We feel that they did an excellent job. The computer is working fine now, and performs much faster with no hang-ups, shut-downs, or similar evidences of viruses. We were very pleased and highly recommend this firm. And the discount on labor paid for our Angie's List subscription for 6 months! Without Angie's List, our job of finding a decent company for this computer repair job would have been like doing it blindfolded. Angie's List removed the blindfold for us.

Bob was pleasant and professional. Made me feel comfortable. Explained things in laymans term so I can understand what he was talking about. Gave me instruction on newly installed software and assisted in loading the CPU in my van. Even called a couple of days after to follow up. Definitely a pleasure to do business with.

They were terrific! I would recommend them to anyone who has a computer problem.

Bob was very helpful and gave a detailed explanation of what he did and why. He was very thorough in searching for and correcting the problems we were having with both computers. I feel that the cost of the repairs was fair considering all that needed to be done to get the computers up and running again.

Took computer in Friday morning and it was ready Monday afternoon. I picked it up Tuesday morning and Bob spent time with me showing me what he had done, how he arranged folders, where I could find my recovered data, etc. He moved my email into the proper directories so it was easy to find. Very good job. I would use them again.

Bob Habjanic was very helpful in explaining the problems with my computer. He kept me informed of the status of the repairs. He did not charge for adding the extra memory. He called me the day after the service to make sure that the computer was running properly. Creative Computers is truly committed to providing excellent customer service.

Bob was very professional and thorough in completing this job. Besides replacing the CD drive, he also installed software to protect system from virus and software to backup my applications to a CD, and gave me a personal Demo on how to do it. Very Helpful person.

BOB, WHO DID THE WORK, KNOWS EVERYTHING THERE IS TO KNOW ABOUT COMPUTERS. SINCE I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THEM, I FELT THAT I WAS IN VERY GOOD HANDS. OUR COMPUTER IS BACK ONLINE, AND WORKING MORE EFFICIENTLY THAN EVER, THANKS TO BOB. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD BE THE PRICE, BUT WHEN I WAS PRICING COMPUTER REPAIR COMPANIES, THEY ALL SEEMED TO BE HIGH. I WOULD IMAGINE IT IS BECAUSE OF THE COMPLEXITIES OF THE WORK.

SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING. I DROPPED THE COMPUTER OFF AT MID-MORNING, AND IT WAS READY AT 4:00 THAT AFTERNOON. COMPETENT, FRIENDLY, AND REASONABLY PRICED. I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR MORE.

ALTHOUGH MY HUSBAND IS NOT AS UNHAPPY AS I, I AM ENTIRELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY. THE ''REFURBISHED'' COMPUTER FAILED IN 10 MONTHS. THEY GAVE US A NEW PROCESSOR AND HARD DRIVE AND 4 DAYS LATER IT FAILED. I HAVE HAD MANY COMPUTERS BUILT FROM SCRATCH, BUT I'VE NEVER HAD THIS SORT OF PROBLEM IN COMPLETE SYSTEM FAILURE BEFORE. THEY ARE NICE, BUT SOMEWHAT DEFENSIVE IN RESPONSE TO OUR COMPLAINTS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM. CHEAP, AND YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

THEY ARE MOST PLEASANT AND EAGER TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM. THE MAN WHO RETURNED AND INSTALLED THE TOWER SEEMED MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE CONCERNING COMPUTER WORKINGS.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN CHOOSING A DEVICE. THEY INSTALLED IT PROMPTLY AND ON TIME. THEY CALLED ME WHEN IT WAS READY AND SPENT TIME SHOWING ME HOW TO USE THE DEVICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY REPAIR OR UPGRADE SERVICES. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE USED THEM AND BEEN EXTREMELY SATISFIED.

WHEN I RETURNED TO PICK UP MY COMPUTER, BOB SPENT A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF TIME WITH ME, HELPING ME TEST THE SYSTEM AND GETTING THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY--AND HE DIDN'T CHARGE EXTRA FOR THAT TIME. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT!

WE TOOK IT. THEY FIXED IT. WE'RE VERY PLEASED AND HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS.

I IGNORED A PROBLEM WITH MY COMPUTER AND THE HARD DRIVE FINALLY FAILED. I WAS FRUSTRATED BY MY INABILITY TO FIX IT. (I AM SOMEWHAT COMPUTER SAVVY.) THEY TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM WITH PROFESSIONALISM. THEY COMMUNICATED WITH ME ON THE PROGRESS OF RESTORING MY DATA, AND FOLLOWED UP AFTERWARDS TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS STILL RUNNING PERFECT. THEY ARE INDEED FANTASTIC; PROFESSIONALS AND EXPERTS IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD.

THEY KEPT US UP TO DATE ON WHAT THEY WERE DOING. IT INVOLVED MANY PHONE CALLS AND THEIR COMMUNICATION WAS VERY GOOD. SO FAR IT SEEMS TO BE WORKING VERY WELL. ALTHOUGH IT DID COST MORE THAN WE WERE EXPECTING. I HAVE NO WAY TO COMPARE THE COST. THEY REALLY WORKED HARD TO CLEAN IT UP COMBINED THAT WITH THEIR COMMUNICATION AND I FEEL IT JUSTIFIED THE COST.
