The service was very professional, punctual, and at reasonable cost.

They did a great job on my computer. We had them replace a couple of fans in the past and during this visit they put in a new hard drive and it is even larger now. He was very good at answering questions that we have and was very kind. And the price was very good as opposed to other people. They will come to your house too for a little fee.

The first visit was to install the router and setup the computers and printer. A followup visit was required to troubleshoot my wife's computer. Creative Computer fixed the problem in a timely manner.

Very knowledgeable and professional. It was a 24 hour turn around. I was very pleased and I grabbed several of business cards and I have already passed them out.

Well, I ended up with a functioning network, but it took two trips and I was charged for both. Also, the price for the router which he installed was twice what it is at an electronics store.

I can't say enough good things about Creative Computers. They were very up front about how they priced their services when I called. They were very prompt in repairing my PC. They even took the time to download photos I had on my laptop onto a disk. When I was worried I would not make it to their shop to pick up my PC before they closed, the owner agreed to wait for me. Luckily I was able to make it on time, but I surely did appreciate his willingness to work with me on that.

We've used them twice and would recommend them.

He then fixed the problem the other company had attempted to fix. He tested all his work to make sure that everything was working correctly and answered the multitude of questions I had throughout the process. His work was excellent and quick. I was impressed with his proficiency and professional attitude. I will use this company again and recommend it highly to all my friends.

I had purchased new software (McAfee) to upgrade my antivirus security but my computer would not delete all of the old software (Norton) so I called Creative Computers for assistance. Due to the amount of time (and cost) it would take to remove all of the old files (Norton really embeds their information) Bob suggested that he remove Windows 98 and upgrade to Windows 2000 and this would also give me more memory and then he could install new security. My goal was to keep my computer working well for at least another year before replacing it with a new one. All is working well with the antivirus security and upgrade.

Very well. The problem was corrected and he showed me how to prevent it in the future.

This was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I called on a Monday morning and by four o'clock that afternoon, all the work was done. The technician arrived exactly on time and was very professional, courtesy and knowledgeable.

There were problems but our technician Steve spent time solving them and getting things sorted out and installed. Made several trips to do this. Not cheap but worth the extra money to get it done correctly. Owner followed up with phones to check to see how things were going.

After giving Creative a glowing review for work they did for a friend, I was disappointed in this experience. While their ad said they service Dell equipment, that is something of a misrepresentation. It was only after I had left my laptop there that Bob told me that, since they have no relationship with Dell, he could not order the part for me. I had to phone Dell parts sales myself, have them figure out what the part was, and have them send it to Creative. They installed the part and had the laptop ready for me on schedule. Unfortunately, they do not have a wi-fi network to be able to test wireless cards; ditto for Bluetooth. So, they were not able to adequately test whether the part was working. In fact, Dell had sent the wrong part. It was a wi-fi card without Bluetooth. Creative did not have the expertise to be able to tell that there was a problem -- it's not hard to tell if a device has Bluetooth. I am going to have to start all over on this issue.

Service was excellent with all work being done in a timely manner; explanations were excellent; and sound advice was given. We had been talking about the need to get a newer, updated computer before talking with Bob. Hence his confirmation was helpful.

They were very favorable in every regard. Both jobs were equivalent in price for the amount of time they were here. They do have a small operation, therefore you have to bring your problem to them.

They are a super company. They are competent technically, and they are excellent to work with. They have great customer service skills.
