Great, I'm very pleased.
Description of Work: Windows xp files were corrupted because I had incorrectly powered down my desktop computer. The computer would not re-boot, even in safe mode. The techs at Creative Computer were able to restore my windows xp files, without having to reload the complete operating system. Thus I did not have to reload/reinstall my application programs, and my data files were undamaged.

They were absolutely wonderful.
Description of Work: They came and confirmed that my hard drive was corrupted. It was under warranty. They were so patient while we dealt with the warranty issues, and reloaded all info he had saved off of my computer. They spent hours dealing with me and even gave me a discount.
