See above. It went extremely well. The drapes were ready when Bernadette said they would be. She is very pleasant to work with.
Description of Work: I had just moved into a house that had a window treatment left in the dining room. I really liked the style but the colors were all wrong. Bernadette came in and took pictures and did some careful measuring. I selected some fabrics. She duplicated the style exactly with the fabrics I had chosen and she installed the new window treatment. She even painted the existing curtain rod brackets so they would better match my colors. The drapes are beautiful. I would definitely use Creative Accents again.

Bernadette was great to work with. At first I wanted a cornice but then changed my mind and wanted curtain panels. She asked me several questions about the design and provided a price. We met to hand off the materials and then the finished product. She was prompt on returning calls, meeting me and the final product was very high quality.
Description of Work: I provided the material and they created panel, tab top curtains with lining.

Bernadette has the gift of showing and explaining and letting the customer think through the pros and cons of each alternative, so that the customer gets what she really wants and is happy to live with forever. Friends rave about the drapes and how much they dressup the rooms.

BERNADETTE IS AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE TO WORK WITH AND POSSESSES A VERY SOPHISTICATED KNOWLEDGE ABOUT SELECTING WINDOW TREATMENTS THAT WILL ENHANCE YOUR DECOR. SHE CHARGES $50 FOR A CONSULTATION AND ESTIMATE THAT IS APPLIED TO THE PRICE IF YOU MAKE A PURCHASE. HOWEVER, HER PRICES WERE SHOCKINGLY HIGH. MUCH HIGHER THAN WHAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED WITH OTHER SUPPLIERS. IF GETTING A LOWER PRICE WAS NOT A FINANCIAL NECESSITY, I WOULD HAVE GONE WITH HER. BUT I WILL HAVE TO GO WITH A SUPPLIER WHO IS PERHAPS LESS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT CUSTOMIZING WINDOW TREATMENTS, BUT MORE AFFORDABLE.

BERNADETTE AND CREATIVE ACCENTS WERE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. SHE ASKED QUESTIONS TO ENSURE THAT I WAS LOOKING AT THE RIGHT TYPE OF FABRIC FOR OUR LIVING SITUATION (MESSY TODDLER, STAY AWAY FROM SILK) AND POCKETBOOK. SHE ALSO PICKED UP ON MY SENSE OF STYLE QUICKLY, AND SHOWED ME PLENTY OF FABRICS WITHIN THAT CATEGORY. THE DRAPES WERE NOT CHEAP (AS I EXPECTED FOR THE QUALITY I WANTED) BUT WITH HER HELP, I KNEW I WOULD GET EXACTLY WHAT I PAID FOR. THE DRAPES ARE EVEN MORE PERFECT THAN I HOPED AND I HAVE RECEIVED PLENTY OF COMPLIMENTS.
