CREATIVE ABUNDANCE

The physical work was acceptable quality in some areas and low quality in others. he French doors were installed crookedly such that the top of the doors touch the frame but the bottom is about an inch off vertical...and the bottom locks don't connect. This is a big problem. One of the windows is crooked. The subfloor was not level when they began, but they did not level it and the luan covering is not attached in some places...it feels like the adhesive did not work. The owner was very unprofessional, rude, aggressive and even yelled at me for asking questions about the parameters of the contract. He called me names and phoned a mutual acquaintance to involve him in my finances...which had nothing to do with our contract in any way. The workers accidentally misplaced a very expensive door handle and I was accused of lying about it, it was grudgingly replaced. I have still, months later, not gotten back the keys, despite repeated requests.
