Cox Professional Heating and Air

Jay has come to my home in the past to do my heating when it went out - one time he walked in, looked at the system, giggled something, it turned on, and he wouldn't take any money for that. He said if I had turned it on again, it probably would have worked. I've got an old system, but it's become harder and harder to find parts for it, but Jay has done a great job taking care of it for me. I called Jay yesterday about getting my water heater changed out, and he told me that if I bought a system either Lowes or Home Depot, that both would be made by Rheem. He told me I should call and ask them, then he would go pick it up and install it. He has 18 years of experience, and is such an honest and nice guy! He's always available when I call, which is also awesome. I really really trust him.
