I have used Kelvin and Andre with Cool Breeze for probably going on 7 years. I've always been incredibly impressed with their professionalism, extensive knowledge, and punctuality. I am in real estate and interact with a variety of vendors everyday. Many of them start to run together, but there are a select few that stand out because they go the extra mile and simply do what they say. Cool Breeze is as exemplary of this as they come. They are always my first choice, and should be yours too! You will not be disappointed!

Owner was not interested in Customer Satisfaction. Two thumbs down from me. Did nothing to try to fix the problem.

It went great! We got a call and a text on Friday to remind us that he was coming. He then called about 30 minutes before he arrived. He was actually a bit early! He is very polite, did his checking out of the AC very efficiently and then offered to replace our air filters which are in our ceiling and are a bit awkward to access. He even removed the dirty ones when he left.

Cool Breeze installed our new HVAC system in 2011 and we have continued to use them for service. Their performance has been excellent, costs are reasonable, they have always explained what his happening and have always been able to fix whatever needs adjusting. Everything went very well. Serviceman (Andre S) was very professional, neat and explain in detail what was done, what observation were detected and made recommendation. I will be very happy to recommend both this company and serviceman to friend, family and neighbors without question!!! I have been a client of Cool Breeze for close to 4 years. In addition to servicing my HVAC they have also installed a second zone and a new A/C unit in my home. Andre S. has been their technician the past four years and it is always a pleasure to see him return every year.

I appreciated the professionalism displayed. The unit was examined and repaired in a timely manner. I expected Kelvin between 1-3pm. He arrived at 2. He gave me an estimate to clean the unit and add Freon. The unit needed less Freon than expected which was reflected in the bill. I appreciated his honesty. He cleaned up nicely and I was happy to have cool air on a warm day.

Everything went great! Kelvin, the owner, returned our call the same day & came to give a quote within a couple days. He was professional, friendly, very knowledgeable & helpful in explaining the different system options available. He & his crew always showed up on time & worked hard until the job was done. Our project was a little tricky because we needed to replace a 17 year old system on the existing house but also needed to tie in an unfinished 650 sq ft addition & replace all the duct work in the existing house. Kelvin helped us look at all the pros & cons of 2 separate smaller units or one larger unit zoned. We felt very confident with his experience & knowledge. We are so glad we chose him & his company!

Cool Breeze installed my HVAC system several years ago and have serviced it since then. Kelvin and staff are some of the nicest most professional people I've dealt with in any home repair. They are always prompt and never try to take advantage as so many prior attempted to do. I HIGHLY recommend them for any type of HVAC service and have several times. To date, no one has every been disappointed.

The people at Cool Breeze are very friendly and enjoyable to be around. They showed up when they said they would, and I believe they did the work to the best of their ability. Their written estimate was exactly what I ended up paying when the job was complete. They were very responsive to phone calls, but were a little slow responding to email. This job consisted of two tasks. The first task was to replace a central air filter enclosure for our main HVAC system. They did a good job identifying an appropriate replacement for our aging filter enclosure, and did a good job with the installation. The duct work was done well, and the finished job met my expectations. The second job was the installation of a central whole-house dehumidifier for our basement HVAC system. During my initial conversations with Cool Breeze about this installation, they admitted that they did not have much experience with dehumidifiers. However, their price was much less than the other companies that bid on this job and I decided to give them a shot. I had decided to install a whole-house dehumidifier to eliminate the noise associated with stand-alone dehumidifiers that I had used in the past. Unfortunately, the dehumidifier installed by Cool Breeze ultimately made as much noise as the less expensive stand-alone dehumidifiers, but took up a lot more space in my basement. The dehumidifier was installed about a foot away from the adjacent wall which ultimately consumed a lot of space. The ducts on the intake side were only about 2 feet long, and connected directly to the return of my HVAC, near the intake grid. The short duct resulted in an unacceptable amount of noise coming from the return in our basement living room. I shared these concerns with Cool Breeze and asked about my options to return the unit. They would not accept a return of the dehumidifier, but they did offer to move the unit closer to the wall and increase the length of the duct work for an additional $450. They did not give me a good feeling that this would totally solve the noise problem, so I opted to completely uninstall the unit myself. I was left with the feeling that Cool Breeze would probably do a good job with equipment they are more familiar with, and that their inexperience with dehumidifiers may have been the largest contributing factor to my overall experience with this company. As mentioned above, they are very personable people, and did a good job with portion of the job that they were most familiar with.

Cool Breeze is excellent. They showed up when they were supposed to and they finished the job in one day. They cleaned up after themselves, I could not tell that they had been there. They replaced all of the wiring and icing to the unit so that everything was in working order.

My AC was not working, the last company came out and replaced the switch and left, a year later and I had the same problem. I was referred to Cool Breeze through a friend and called them up. AJ was very punctual and friendly, answered my questions and took the time to tell me what was wrong and what I can do to prevent future issues with my AC. He noticed a potential problem where a wire was deteriorating and, rather than splicing it, went to the local hardware store to get a length of wire and replace it free of charge. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are very honest and will work to keep your business.

Initially requested a service call on their website over the weekend. I'm not sure where that went, but service was performed on the same day as my phone call.

Mr. Staley arrived on time and provided excellent service. Mr. Staley was upfront and honest about what was needed for the air condition and didn't hesitate to please. I was so impressed with the service that I signed up for the annual maintenance contract for ALL future repairs. If ever a new system is needed, within the future, this company will be called upon to install it.
