+ -1 moreHorrible business and rude personnel. Does not operate like any other consignment firm that I've ever used (including three others I've used in the past in CHarlotte). I consigned my items with them because they were closer to home, but found that what the store personnel told me was their process was vastly different than the find print. They don't return phone calls and were rude and inflexible. I would NEVER consign here again
