+ -1 moreIT TOOK ALMOST A WEEK TO GET THE COMPUTER BACK, BUT EVERY DAY THEY TOLD ME IT WAS "ON THE TABLE, NEXT UP, AND JUST ABOUT READY". THEY HAD NO PATIENCE WITH MY LACK OF COMPUTER EXPERTISE. THE COMPUTER WORKS BETTER, BUT IT STILL DOESN'T CONNECT TO THE MONITOR ALL THE TIME, STILL CUTS OFF FREQUENTLY, AND IS MISSING A BUNCH OF STUFF I ASKED THEM TO SAVE AND REINSTALL. I BROUGHT THEM ALL MY SOFTWARE, THEY ONLY INSTALLED SOME OF IT. WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND CLARIFY, THEY TOLD ME THAT I COULD JUST INSTALL IT MYSELF. THAT'S NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO DO; IT IS WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. MUCH OF THE SOFTWARE THEY REINSTALLED LOOKS DIFFERENT, AOL LOOKS DIFFERENT, AND A LOT OF STUFF JUST DOESN'T WORK RIGHT. THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY OF IT.
Description of Work: CHECKED COMPUTER AND MONITOR. REPAIRED COMPUTER,TOOK OFF ALL SOFTWARE, KEPT DOCUMENTS AND PUT SOME SOFTWARE BACK ON.

+ -1 moreTHEY COST MUCH LESS THAN MOST TO MAKE HOUSE CALLS. THEY WERE GREAT! THEY LET ME WONDER AROUND THE STORE, AND THEY MAKE YOU COMFORTABLE WHILE YOU WAIT. A NUMBER OF PEOPLE TRIED TO FIX IT AND COULDN'T, BUT THEY DID!
Description of Work: MY COMPUTER WAS NOT WORKING. IT HAD BUGS AND A NUMBER OF PROBLEMS. I TOOK IT INTO THEM.
