+ -1 moreMELVIN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, PATIENT, FLEXIBLE, EASY TO WORK WITH -- AND A REAL BARGAIN. HE MADE A VERY DIFFICULT SITUATION SEEM EASY TO SOLVE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
Description of Work: MELVIN CAME TO OUR HOUSE, PICKED UP OUR DELL COMPUTER AND TOOK TO HIS OFFICE. THERE, AFTER BACKING UP OUR DATA, HE REFORMATTED THE HARD DRIVE, UPGRADED OUR OPERATING SYSTEM AND VIRUS PROTECTION. HE RETURNED THE COMPUTER TO OUR HOUSE, REINSTALLED EVERYTHING INCLUDING OUR WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTION, PRINTER, ETC., AND COMPLETELY SETUP/INSTALLED A NEW BACKUP HARD DRIVE AND SOFTWARE. HE PATIENTLY ANSWERED OUR MILLION QUESTIONS, AND DIDN'T LEAVE UNTIL WE WERE FULLY COMFORTABLE WITH HOW HE SET UP EVERYTHING.
