The team at Absolute Comfort Heating did a excellent job from start to finish. The estimator (Alex) was very detailed in giving our options and pricing. We felt comfortable with his demeanor and answers to questions we had. We already had one quote and their quote which included many extras and a good warranty was nearly identical. The crew that installed the system (2 Heating and 2 A/C units were friendly and very professional and careful not to get dirt in the house and cleaned up well after themselves. In the end, we updated out 15 year old units to new very painlessly. The craftsmanship was very good, and the brand we settled on was Trane. We feel very positive about our choice and comfortable that they will provide the service we need going forward.

Excellent. I looked in my latest Angies List magazine and called Absolute Comfort. I called them around 8:30...she said Shawn would be out between 12:00 and 2:00. He arrived around 11:30, diagnosed the problem, went to get the part, and we had heat again by 2:30. Shawn is a very nice, honest small business owner, who takes great pride in his work.

Outstanding experience. Responding quickly and came right out to my location within a day. Had quote done within 2 hours of coming out. I hired them on the spot...and had the entire install done 4 days later! Sales guy Alex was great to work with and the installers Robert and Darnell were very professional and down to earth. I highly recommend.

I was very pleased with their work. They explained what they would be installing and how they would do it. They were courteous and professional. They took the time to explain how to test the exhaust on my gas water heater, which is also in the crawl space, to make sure it is getting enough air for combustion after I finish having the crawl space sealed. Their cost was half that of another company that had given me an estimate.

Their sales representative Alex was very knowledgeable and provided enough information for me to decide on the system needed for my basement. Their quote was the most competitive of 3 I obtained and was inclusive off all work needed. The work was scheduled and completed on a timely basis. The installer Robert was also very knowledgeable and thorough in the work and review of the completed job. Overall they were very professional and met my expectations. I would certainly re-hire and recommend to anyone.

I set it up on a yearly basis. The cost was $150 and that was two appointments, basically. They were with us twice in 2016 and once in 2017.

I interviewed 4 companies, and Absolute came up with the best offer. Alex Determan came up with the proposal and followed up continuously to ensure that any questions were answered. Because so much technical information is involved, it took me time to research all the aspects and reviews. Alex never failed to have an answer or get back with an update to add to my personal efforts. When the water heater went out days later, the same professional attitude existed. Alex made the decision to purchase comfortable, considering this was for a substantial amount of money. Robert and Darnell executed the installation flawlessly and kept me apprised of every detail. These major restorations are always intimidating, but Absolute's professionalism made it more comfortable. As always AL's reviews were very instrumental in my search.

No homeowner likes to hear that a simple (and inexpensive) repair is not going to solve his or her AC problems. I was not happy to learn that I needed an all-new unit. It was not an expense I was expecting. HOWEVER, from the very first call to Absolute Comfort-I knew I was in good hands. Dennis Hess made the first service call and was punctual and professional--thank you, Dennis. I then met with the Operations Manager, Alex Determan, and he explained what I would need, the cost and all the warranty coverage that would go with their service. He too was very pleasant and professional. The technicians who installed my new unit were truly amazing and did the complete installation in far less time than I expected! This wonderful team: Robert Williams and Donnell Casey, were simply fantastic. They made sure to put down protective covering on my carpet so it would not be damaged; they explained exactly what they were going to do; and they were both as pleasant and professional as anyone doing installation work that I have ever met. Hats off to both of these great guys! The entire experience was definitely 5 stars!

We have been using them for several years for maintenance. We knew the system would eventually have to be replaced but we never felt pressured to do so. They kept it working. When it finally was on its last leg just as we moved our elderly parents in the house Alex came out and quoted our options. Sean and Darnell were able to get the new Lenox unit in 2 days later and all in 1 day. No easy task as the unit was under the house in a crawl space. They even helped move some furniture unrelated to the A/C unit. I would highly recommend them. Nice good guys! We will continue to have them maintain the system.

I spoke with Alex (I believe that's his name. Super nice and reassuring) on the phone with a concern about my system on a Saturday. I'm from out of state so I'm used to technicians not being available on weekends (without having to pay an exorbitant fee). I was expecting a technician out on Monday earliest but they were able to send out a technician the same day. Dennis came out and took care of my issue. Glad to have met him and will request him if I ever need service again.

Excellent. From the sales and operational side of the project (Alex Determan) to the main technician (Robert Williams and his helper), all very professional, on time, and did great work. The area that needed work was primarily in the crawl space under the house with some work on the top side in the laundry closet. This made the project a bit more challenging from design and build to ensure the system had proper cfm/air flow in the space constraints. They exceeded my expectations of the scope of the project with a good price. This comes from a Mechanical Engineering/Project Manager himself. I highly recommend Absolute Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning for your future HVAC needs.

Topped off the unit with refrigerant (it's 17 years old and has a small leak). Dennis was great at talking me through the best short and long term solution to my HVAC issues because my current unit is nearing the end of its lifespan. I found out that he could get a small commission if he sold me on a new HVAC unit (no other commissions for services though), but he did NOT try to sell me on it at all. He simply helped me understand what was best for my current HVAC and financial situation, and I ended up going with a lower-cost temporary fix. However, I will definitely be going back to this company when I replace my unit at the end of this year! I really can't say enough good things about Dennis. He's just a genuinely good guy, and I'll recommend him to everyone who asks. *Just an FYI for others with with old AC units: The refrigerant, R22, isn't produced anymore because it's an ozone depleting substance, so the cost is extremely high. From my research, it ranges between $150-$210 per pound!*

It's cool in the house and as far as I can tell everything is working as it should. It's quieter than it was, which is always a good sign.

They did an outstanding job, very professional and courteous. I used their service prior on another AC issue. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

On a grade for price I don't recall what the price was so I can't really comment on that. One person came out to complete the service. It took a couple hours to complete the service. I don't really have much to say about them. They just serviced our heating and air conditioning.

This was one of the best services we had ever received. Everything about the experience was exactly what you would hope for. Scheduling was easy, Shawn came out exactly on time, and he fixed our furnace in no time. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer any questions that we had.
