Description of Work: I order the service online around 12:30 and they called around 1:30 and arrived at my house around 3:30. Super fast and way beyond my expectations... The technician spent time to give valuable knowledge on my particular air conditioner and was very friendly. His name is Steve Peterson, 704-516-3258, and I would highly recommend him.

Description of Work: He did the best he could with the situation. He did give me temporary air and I'm happy. He connected the inside unit to the outside compressor with a temporary wire. He will return and finish under the house with a permanent wiring once the rodent problem is fixed by pest control.

Description of Work: He inspected my system and found multiple problems. After giving me an estimate, he frankly told me that the system was too old and most likely not worth repairing. Absolute Comfort did not offer new system installs and so the inspection was the end of our business. I felt that this was refreshingly honest because he could have charged to fix the system even though it could fail again in a year or two.
